But man, this location is not good. Every side order is stale and barely hot. The order modifications are always wrong. I get excited when they bring back new items like the mini cinnamon buns, only to get sad when they forget the icing….
The only thing that keeps me coming back is their collabs. I wish there was another bk in this area. This one is not it. Sure you get the food quick but your getting stale food and a lack luster experience. Please give your business down the street to the Jack/Box or MickyDs. They honestly deserve it.
I went to the counter and asked if I had the correct burger because what I see in the picture and what I had was not even close to similar. Even a customer next to me agreed.
The cashier got the manager and even she agreed, but just said something similar to “that is how it is made here”. At which point, I just requested to have a refund in the sandwich. Instead she refunded my entire meal which was good on her and good customer service.
I didn’t get a picture of the burger during the incident, but I did take a picture of what it was supposed to look like. I also took a picture as proof of my refund.
Recommend this BK go through some renewed corporate training, as quality is important to corporate and if they saw what I saw, I can only imagine that they would be very disappointed.

This location was a huge disappointment. I ordered an ice cream, and when I received it, it looked like half of it was missing. I asked the staff about it, and the employee named Luna responded with an attitude, saying, “That’s how it comes now.” No apology, no explanation—just rudeness.
If the company has changed the portion sizes, then the cups need to be updated too. Customers shouldn’t be walking out with a half-filled cup. The service was rude and completely unprofessional. Worst ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be going back.
Been coming for many years. There is plenty of parking out front and it’s rare the lot is ever half full even during lunch. Most use the drive-thru but I prefer to the sit down option. They have really clean eating area and a separate room for special events like a kid’s birthday party.
The food is good. The portions have shrank after COVID but it feels like everyone is doing that. As a reference, it’s about 2-Jr Whoppers to 1 regular Whopper. They will charge you 23-cents for a cup, whether you get a drink or want just water.
Staff is friendly and fast. It’s why the parking lot is not ever full.
