My food is always hot and fresh. Of all the Burger King’s in the area that I’ve been to this is by far the one I’ve had the best experience with. The customer service by Tori and Ines are some of best whenever I go. Props to the them and this Burger King.

Went to Thurston Burger King this Afternoon it was close to the Park I was taking my Dog to, I did Drive Thru the Outside was Kept Up. They have a long drive thru so if they ever got busy there is enough area for cars. The Staff was Friendly but seemed overworked, bt thats not a deal breaker The Food was Burger King Quality

I simply cannot give this restaurant any higher rating due to the healthcode violations I witnessed, employees eating fries directly from the frier and using the same gloves to make sandwiches. Disgusting and unacceptable..

So I went in today and it was busy but as always they had my food hot and fresh. I know there was some customer outside who was waiting for his food was upset but I’m 100% sure their food was hot and fresh. This place cooks to order on a lot of fried stuff which is why I come here. Yes it’s busy and it may take a while but it sure is worth it. And to the new guy who was working today good job and keep your head up you got this..

I ordered 2 whoppers with fries (coupon) but when I got home they had given me 2 whopper juniors. This was disappointing but WORSE, they were cold and the buns were dry and hard, like the whole thing had been sitting out all day. Will not return!

This place used to be a none stop go go go fast food restaurant but these days this store cant handle more then 2 orders at a time. They make you wait in line for 30 minutes before you can order, than it’s another 5-10 minute wait for your food. Also dosnt help when your stuck between vehicles that won’t move.

These people need to stop getting high on the job. They almost gave me the wrong drinks, plus forgot about my daughters shake. My oldest son got the melt, which the bun was completely soggy, not toasted at all. Youngest son and I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwiches, which he asked for no tomato. We’ll he didn’t get anything at all on his sandwich but a small dab of Mayo and a couple strips of lettuce. I received a original chicken patty on mine (not the crispy) soaked in some spicy sauce, with hardly no lettuce at all and two soggy tomatoes that looked like they were reused. They could have just told me they were out of the crispy chickens instead of substituting it with breaded chicken and not tell me. Regardless, the effort and quality put into the food is garbage. Sad to say, quality and service has gone to new lows, but the prices only go up.

I placed a mobile order for a BBQ Brisket Whopper Jr., drove 10 miles round trip to pick it up and in the bag when I got home was a regular Whopper Jr.
So disappointed, I hadn’t eaten all day (ordered around 6:00 PM) and was looking forward to trying the brisket.
The rest of my order was correct.
And unless you like tart lemonade that tastes like it was squeezed from those plastic lemons from the grocerystore, don’t get the strawberry lemonade. Can’t even taste the strawberry
