I ordered a steakhouse whopper went to go bite into it and the whole hamburger was so soggy the bread. The mushrooms are not fresh. They’re like from a can and the onion rings that are supposed to be deep-fried were so soggy and disgusting.I tried to take the stuff off to just eat the hamburger patty and it still made me sick threw up very poor service. I will never go back to Burger King again

Stopped in this evening and ordered two Dragon flame grilled whoppers each with an extra patty. We got a simple single patty. We also ordered two sides of 8 cheese tots. We got one side of 6 cheese tots and 8 chicken nuggets (which we didn’t even order) we also ordered a regular bacon cheese Whopper and got a child size. The food didn’t taste flame grilled at all. It tasted microwaved like a frozen dinner. The service through the drive through was rude and we were told to wait at the intercom to order. We waited for 5 minutes before asking if the were ready to take out order only to be told firmly and aggressively “I said just a minute.”
Worst customer service experience ever and worst food I’ve ever gotten here and I had been A regular for years. Completely unacceptable. Probably won’t go back for a very long time. It’s too bad!

I was passing through on my way back to Eugene and I had the most wonderful experience at this place! The service was excellent! The manager Andrew, stopped by our table to say hello and ask how our day was. The food was so good. We will definitely be stopping by here every time we’re passing through.

I got done drinking my drink and I noticed it tasted a little off but when I opened the lid there was a few ants on the inside of the cup. There was no way possible that the ant could’ve crawled inside of it from where I work.

Had the duo I got two hamburgers the beef patty so thin all you taste is bread and vegetables and the burger itself really small . I paid 2.50 each what a ripp off. Better deals every where there duo sucks. Most of there food sucks also.

I’m not really a fan of burger King but my son is vegan and he likes their vegan burgers, so I go too. I cannot disrespect the restaurant because of my tastes. 8/18/25. I have add to my review. Today we are there again for my grandson who is also vegan. He ordered the impossible burger with no mayo. They put mayo on it. He took it back. They apologized. The cook brought it back personally and apologized again. I realize this is not a 5 star restaurant, but for a burger joint, the food is good. I’ve always been impressed with the staff. They are friendly and care about their customers. And the staff I’ve seen, work well together as a team.
