Horrible experience for non-techie seniors! No instructions or assistance with placing e-orders for 3 items with 3 drinks and paying for them in one transaction. I left the stand juggling 7 receipts. Same had to be paid for individually. At an extremely busy travel time, the manager’s assistance would have been very helpful. Burger King has been my go to burger for over 50 years. Sorry to say I’ll be ordering from a different non-Burger King vendor in the future.

System was down so the service was a bit slower. That’s fine, it’s hard to keep the same speed if cashier can’t communicate with the kitchen team. But the restaurant was empty, very few people were ordering.

Imagine not accepting Burger King coupons. Just because you’re understaffed doesn’t mean that you’re allowed to do a terrible job at this restaurant. You’re kiosks are broken, you’re service sucks, and I’m never coming back to this location again! Just go to California Pizza Kitchen right next to the Burger King. The service is much better there!
