Juan was absolutely a gem and provided amazing customer service! We haven’t had BK in a while but he was so positive and genuinely made the most of our drive thru order experience. We even got this cute sample ice cream cone. This is what service is about. Had to take the time to acknowledge our experience.

From out of the area shopping . Another burger place was too slow so came over to Burger King and very pleased . Brand new employee happy enthusiastic working the drive though , and kindness always works so that was good . No lettuce for the burgers that day .

Staff was very friendly. The GM took my order and she was very professional and polite. My order took a little longer than expected to prepare, but Bradley had a positive energy about him the whole time all while multitasking with expediting food orders and taking drive-thru orders. He apologized and provided me with a fresh, delicious meal. Haven’t had Burger King this fresh and tasty in a long time.

First they charged me for a guy who left and didn’t pay. Second, my order was so wrong, that I have to get out of my car and talk to a manager. The “manager”, whose hands were greasy and gross, proceeded to open my bags and start unwrapping every single item. Are you kidding me? That was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. I asked for my money back, and the manager literally slammed the receipt on the counter. No apologies, no “let me make it right.” Very sad that we are getting to this poor customer service with unhappy and mean people. I’m concerned with how they are handling the food in a healthy and safe way.

Today 08/27, 8:35 pm. I ordered a menu and asked to go to the restroom, but employee didn’t not open, asked the manager, he said that he was the manager, I asked for 10 minutes for restroom, he answered each time, wait one minute, and didn’t open. I’m took a video how I asked to the restroom, and how he answered rudely that he didn’t have time to open it.

Awful experience. There was only one car in front of me when I placed my order. Waited 20 minutes at the window for my food and it hadn’t even begun to cook yet. The cashier was pleasant and checked back in a few times, but I have no clue what was happening in the kitchen. I asked for a refund and overheard them say “Don’t make order 6″… It wasn’t even started?? Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting and didn’t even get to eat.

Ordered food and was asked to pull forward, I did and waited a few minutes, when we got our food it was medium to cold and my spicy chicken sandwich was RAW!!! This is rediculous. This ruined our dinner and now we need to find something else.

Waited in the drive thru for 30mins. It’s not even that busy. But the staffs inside are so chaotic. I can hear them raising their voices to each other.
