I was craving a burger and Burger King popped in my mind. I remember Burger King being a generous place with large portions and reasonable prices and it seems to be changing every day. Maybe it’s not personal and all of corporate America is going downhill, but half of my experience here is a clear example that things are changing. Now I will say I enjoyed the modern decor and atmosphere. It has a classic vibe to it. There were a lot of customers and it was kept clean. There was handicapped access and parking spaces for them. This Burger King is also connected to a gas station and it’s little market. Some of the prices here seem to still be decent. My guest had ordered 2 jr. burgers for $5. He said it was actually very tasty and it’s a good idea so you don’t always have to get such a huge burger if you’re not feeling up to it. Plus you can eat one now and save one for later, how perfect! The downside to this specific Burger King was was the disappointment I felt when the Manager was not understanding. I had repeated my order twice to make sure the cashier understood and yet it still came out incorrect. The manager ended up giving me what I wanted and for that I was happy, but the manager should always act kind and patient with the customers even if they’re wrong. The workers also need to be trained better so they know how to correctly respond to their customers when there is a problem. Overall, good food and place, customer service just needs to be worked on! On the app I made an order for a whopper jr with only ketchup and mayo with cheese on the burger for some reason the app didn’t change my order. When I told the employee I’m allergic to lettuce and asked to have it remade. She refused, it’s not my fault the app didn’t order it right. She was very very rude and disrespectful even made us pay for another burger
She was so disrespectful. The app didn’t order it right. She should’ve remade it.
She also remade the guys order behind us were white and there all Mexican I feel like we were raciat profiled to the full extent.

Had breakfast here a few days ago and am still thinking about how good it was so had to leave a review. The gentleman serving us Monday morning was kind, quick, and efficient and whoever made my breakfast croissant knows what they’re doing.

I’m really disappointed in their new cup sizes. Not sure if it’s just this location or everywhere. Apparently a medium drink is now the size of a small, and a medium is now the large. There are plenty of other fast food places that give good value for your money. I won’t be back.
Update, 7/5/14. Windsor Burger King lies. They claimed this was a medium drink and that it was all burger king locations. Just had lunch at the Ukiah location and all their drinks are the normal sizes. I’ll never visit this location again

Just stoped by this location and the manger of the place and all the crew saw me waiting to order for 30min and nobody helped me at all. They even talk about me in Spanish thinking that I am not fluent in English and Spanish. Never been treated like this before, this was the worst costumer service ever!
