Waited 20 minutes to get to the order microphone, then..10 minutes to order…then 5 minutes to the window . After 5 minutes at the window reading signs that state they charge more than burger King advertising, I finally got my meal . I do not blame the employees I blame the owner . A person that will allow their business to reflect thi level of dis-service should find another line of business …don’t waste anyone’s time there is no monetary consolation fir wasted time

When we entered it was empty and we got our food, quickly. We wanted to dine. And we quickly noticed the tables weren’t cleaned up. Like none. eventually we cleaned and tidied one up. After that I observed more customers coming in and not getting their food quick enough. Can’t blame the staff because I saw they were REALLY understaffed. Our food was nice and warm so I’ll give them that. (Avoid dining in )

Made it quick stop for some milk shakes. Took forever just to be greeted Or acknowledged.. Went to the restroom after I ordered and my milkshakes weren’t ready and they were bagging other I get other dinners I asked when my milk shakes would be ready and they said when she could. Then she proceeded making a milkshake for someone else after I ordered 1st. Restroom for dirty. The toilet didn’t even flush.

I was thoroughly impressed. I don’t usually eat at Burger King because it just didn’t have the quality as other fast food areas. Boy, did Burger King change. I tried the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and the quality of the sandwich was definitely good. The bun,, the produce and even the chicken was fresh. I would definitely come again & I’m so glad for the improvement.

Went to Burger King for dinner. Ordered the family bundle and chicken nuggets. At the window the lady handed a bag to us, told us that we had another bag coming. She handed us the bag said goodbye have a nice day. Got home we started to eat and realized we were missing 3 Whoppers. Had to go back for the Whoppers. Not only was it inconvenient, had to waste gas to go back. Gas is not cheap. Not going to Burger King again.

I visited this location through the Drive Thru on a Friday evening over 4 weeks ago. I used my credit card to pay for my order. I received confirmation that payment went through. The incredibly rude and unprofessional woman at the window argued that payment didn’t go through and refused to give me my order. I insisted. She got on the phone with someone, since there was No Manger On Duty. She then proceeded to mock me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand. I showed her (and 4 other employees who came to the window ) the payment confirmation on my phone. She Still refused to give me my order. It was 4th of July weekend, so I waited until the following Tuesday before confirming payment and calling the location to speak to the manager. The manager wasn’t available, but I left a detailed message with a person who claimed to be the Assistant Manager. She said I would get a call back within 24 hours.
