If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The staff members working at this location absolutely do not care about customer service or getting the food orders right. It’s as if they intentionally give the wrong orders. On two separate occasions, they’ve given me the wrong orders and also up-charged me. If only I could find the contact number to the district manager to file a complaint directly. Do not go here. Save yourself the frustration.

My girls love a stop at the play structure. Place has been around for a long time. The food quality has definitely changed over time its. However you can’t go wrong on the whopper Jr and fries.
Outdoor dinning are needs some serious deep cleaning of tables and carpet.

Parking is good since it’s attached to the mall. Easy to get in and out. Upon entry, I was greeted with a “hello” from one of the staff. Very friendly. The ordering was quick, easy, and I got to help myself at the drink bar machine. Very nice. My order came quickly and it was very fresh. The entire restaurant was clean and well kept. The atmosphere was good. The restrooms very clean as well.

Dudes working there take absolutely forever. Not just that but I got a large drink and they tried to hand me a small cup without saying anything, when I asked “that’s a large?” They said “oh it’s because we don’t have any other cups”… then I asked if it’s the only size they offer for that drink (lemonade) and they said yes which is false. These guys do not take their jobs seriously and genuinely will not be going back.

It’s clean, staff is friendly. Play area is nice. It’s easily visable from the highway. They have a typical burger king menu with specials posted on the outer Windows (not in the menu). They do not offer senior or AARP discounts. They do have a refillable drink station with many flavors and choices. They seem a little understaffed but the people that work there are courteous and friendly. Someone is always cleaning in the dining area.

Their egg normous burrito was huge.. I ate half brfore picture I’ll be getting my breakfast burrito here for a lot less then other places.. kudos to whoever made the burrito but it was really good.

Took a while at the drive thru. I just went there for my niece. She likes BK and I guess I do to. No one eats inside no more looks sad. Three stars for that atmosphere.
