Horrible experience got a rodio double cheeseburger for $10 asked for honey mustard they chargerd me 30 cents opened up the bag to a tiny single burger I went back in and said this is not what I ordered I ordered the double and the lady who took my order was trying to argue with me knowing I said a double had to ask for a full refund because she kept arguing instead of making it right. Then tried asking who I thought was her boss why she was so argumentative and he ignored me did not even look at my direction. Do not recommend eating here they do not listen at all extremely over priced and will argue instead of making things right I never had to deal with a fast food place like this

Felt like this location is going to close. The dining area is full of boxes and is being used for storage and the bathroom is unavailable. Food was sloppily assembled. You’re better off trying to find another BK down the road

I was treated very poorly my the manager. They messed up on my order I drove all the way to the other side of town to find out my order was incorrect. I drove back to let them know. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager lied and told her employees to say she wasn’t there. I waited until she stopped lieing and refused to leave. I recorded the encounter with my cell phone. The manager ended up telling me next time look at your food before u leave. She slammed the window and said she didn’t care. I have the whole incident recorded. This place has hit rock bottom the burger meat always taste BURNT and the service is worse I asked to get my fries with no salt and the teen age middle eastern girl rolled her eyes at me. I feel the owners can’t keep workers at this Burger King so they are working it to keep it going . Service bad,food bad ,homeless lurking threw the drive thru next time Nations Burgers in fairfield way better. Eat at your own risk .

So I just finished eating my big fish and the whole time I was eating it, it tasted somewhat like gasoline, but I brushed it off thinking it was just me, but my sister ate some as she said the same. I searched up what it meant, and it was either something to do with the way the fish was cooked, stored, or if it was even good. I’m somewhat worried about how this fish sandwich affected my health, and I hope nothing bad comes out of this. But absolutely disgusting. Tho I will say that the fries were the bomb, maybe a little too much salt, but wtv. The lady that took out order was also nice, makes me more upset that the food itself was bad.

The place is ran down and the customer service is terrible. Lady is rude through the drive-through speaker. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers for $6. The lady told me that it was like $6.49. I get up to pay and hand her a $20 bill she takes forever and then brings me back the food and $4 in change. I said I only ordered two bacon cheeseburgers that should be $6 then she says oh takes the money back takes another 5 minutes comes back and says okay at 7 something dollars. I said no it’s only 6 something she said well you have to pay for the extra pickles that you wanted I said I have came to Burger King a hundred times and never had to pay for extra pickles she said well if you don’t want the extra pickles we’ll take them off. And I said well I don’t want to pay for them she said all right we’ll take them off close the window and went and took the pickles off of my two burgers and then gave me my 13 something dollars and change. I just couldn’t believe it that they actually took my burgers and went and took the pickles off because I didn’t want to pay extra for like two extra pickles. And a lady didn’t give me any ketchup, she lied and said it was in the bag.

I can’t give 5 stars because a few times I asked for cheese on my rodeo burger, I got home and…you guessed it! No cheese yet I paid for it. I can’t explain how frustrating it is to get home and find out something is missing or not done right and theres multiple occurrences. So you come to the conclusion that you’ll just have to start checking your order prior to driving away ♀️
The picture I posted was the most recent time I received burgers all with no cheese when I asked/paid for it and hardly any bbq sauce. These are some sad looking burgers. They got tossed out. Total waste of money and food.

I visited Burger King today around 2:30 PM with my son. When we arrived, I needed to use the restroom and asked the lady at the register for access. She told me it was for customers only. I explained that I planned to order food, but I needed to use the restroom first. Despite that, she insisted I place my order before using the restroom.
I politely asked her to wait to prepare my burger until I came back so it would be fresh. Unfortunately, when I returned, the food was already made. That was disappointing.
What upset me even more was how I felt judged—possibly based on my appearance. I was there with my child, clearly not homeless, and still treated with suspicion.
This experience felt unprofessional, and I chose not to eat the food. I will not be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and speaks with the staff about treating every guest with respect and basic courtesy.
