I ordered the Family Bundle and was asked to park in the lot for pickup. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and my order was given to another customer which was also affected. I ended up waiting 25 minutes while they corrected the mistake and remade my order. The staff handled the situation professionally, but the delay was significant.

I walked in, not familiar with how to pick up for an online order. I waited in the line area for a few minutes, trying to bring my order up on my phone. Then, I moved over to the “Online Order Pick Up” area.
I saw one employee see me. He tells his coworkers he’s going to the restroom. Another employee, who seemed to be newer, kept pacing back and forth trying to figure out how to pack and hand out food. He knew I was there but still didn’t say anything. (Trying his best to keep his back to me, or surely seemed like it.) I was looking at the order screen to see if my order was there and it wasn’t.
A man walked up and placed an order, and still no one had spoken to me.
I can’t remember after which man had his order take. The employee that went into the restroom came back in and announced he was clocking out.
A female employee had walked by a few times and didn’t see or acknowledge me. Another man walked up to order, and now I know the female employee sees me and continues to take the man’s order. As I’m still waiting, I overhear that he needs 5 cents because she doesn’t have enough change to give him. I had a dime in my pocket and told them I found a dime and he could have it.
Only after that, I was able to get her attention to ask if my order was ready. And she said yes, “the order was ready” before even looking. She must have originally put it together before I got there and sitting the entire time I was waiting. Which was at a minimum of 10 minutes.
The last thing I do is try and get the drinks from the dispenser. The first thing I see is the ice dispenser portion covered with significant algae growth. I couldn’t believe it.
I felt confident the employees there weren’t going to want to hear me out or do anything about it, so I didn’t even say anything there.

I just went to buy a whopper combo and the hamburger was just poorly made as you see in the photo and the service was bad. The 35 min wait time in drive thru was not worth my time. I understand there may be portions but at least prepare it nice and neatly as that’s what customers expect and that’s what we pay for.

The place require some improvement and a face lift. Cleaning standard not at its best,mayo packs were sticky and trays not washed carefully. Service was good though, staff were attending and food was good.
Management need to pay more attention as it is obviously their role for improvement.
A one time visit only.

This has been the third time I’ve had bad customer service from an employee there. She stated her name was Star. Every time my family and I show up to pick up our online order, we ask for the free mini cone that Burger King provides for customers. The first time she stated that I need to make 3 different transactions in order to receive 3 free mini cones, even though I have 3 children and I buy a meal for each of them. I told her that every time we visit a different location here in Salinas they have never told me this and we always get 3. The second time she stated that I needed to add the 3 free mini cones my cart before check out on the mobile app in order for us to get the free mini cones. The third time we went to pick up our order, I got off went inside the restaurant to get my order I asked her if I can get 1 free mini cone. The then said the child has to be present (my child was in my vehicle). I finally had enough of her giving me a different answer very time and not wanting to give us the Free Mini cone that Burger King promotes. So I simply asked her for her name and she ignored me I asked her more than 5 times for her name when finally another employee stepped in and told her that she needed to give me her name. She then turned around and said “Star”. I’m not sure if this is her real name or if she made it up as her name tag was faded and I couldn’t read it. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Star. Star is doing a horrible job at running this location. Her attitude is disgusting and nasty!
This is the only location in town who has done this to us.

I tend to go to this Burger King because it is close to home. They always mess up. Ordering always takes forever. Do they even train people? This last time I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. I ordered 2 Enormous Burrito meals, medium with vanilla iced coffees. The way I typed it, i ordered 5 times. I waited after ordering 25 minutes in line. When I got to the window, they charged me. I noticed, i was only charged for 2 burritos and 2 iced coffees. So I say, you know it is fine, coffee and burrito it is, no side. I was surprised there was iced coffee. Then someone comes and says they have no iced coffee. I tell them it is ok, can you just refund the coffees? They refunded and I went to buy my coffee at Taco Bell. Way faster. When I get home, my enormous burritos, only have egg cheese, hash browns and a slice of bacon. Forgot to add, there is never iced coffee in this place and the shake machine is always not in service

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Never coming here again. I went in today and when I got home I started eating my fries just to find a half eaten chicken nugget in there. disgusting!!! Tried calling but the phones are disconnected. Wmended up throwing away my whole meal since I don’t trust it anymore.

So, I finally decided to go out and get something quick. We decided to go to the burger on North Main street in Salinas. I ordered my food went and sat down to eat. I started with my mozzarella cheese sticks. When I but into my food I instantly new I made a mistake. The picture below will describe it better. The rest of my food was ok. Some of my family members did feel so good after eat their food. I will not be visiting the restaurant again.
