This place is a complete disgusting joke! The employees INCLUDING THE MANAGER use profanity with no regard for the customers, including young children. While we were there we witnessed the employees giving some homeless large cups and allowing them to just sit inside loitering, (we witness what we counted 5 cups then just stopped counting) while the paying customers have to deal with the stench and disgusting habits. A hopeless man came and sat in a booth behind our family and he was scratching his scalp and stuff was falling off his head, I made eye contact with the manager and she just ignored it instead of asking the man to kindly leave because it was making us as well as the other paying customers extremely uncomfortable! There’s more to add, but why if the owners clearly don’t care how their restaurant is run. VERY UNEXCEPTIONABLE FOR ANY RESTAURANT!

My family and I go to Burger King and eat in, and never have a problem with the food. But this time we wanted to eat home so we got it to go. All 4 of my sandwiches had old tomatoes, and old lettuce. Brown old lettuce!!! And the tomatoes were not fresh!!! Disgusting. My fries were not fresh, they were soggy. Over all disappointing and not satisfied. The GM need to maybe check on crew members. And check dates on lettuce and tomatoes.

To me the service is touch and go. While I’ve never had a bad experience, I also haven’t had a good one either. If you are looking into getting fast food with no extra service, this is the place.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, finally got to the window and didn’t get any sort of apology. Came inside another day, waited over 25 minutes for food. BBQ sauce wasn’t even filled half way. They don’t always have bad service. It’s 50/50 if you’re going to receive good service or bad.

You never get what you order here
. If the workers weren’t busy talking about who’s pregnant and who’s not, maybe they could get people orders right. When you spend your money you would expect to get what you order and not what they decide to give you.

Last time I went to Burger King a month ago, I was impressed! Great service, warm food that was fresh.

This time, I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the lady behind didn’t even acknowledge me. Then another lady casually strolled to the register, rung me up with zero communication outside of “you want cheese”

Once we started to eat, the fries weren’t fresh, they were even cold. The Burgers were fine but the experience wouldn’t let me enjoy it.

Hope they were just having a bad day, because they WERE doing so well.
