My husband and I had an amazing experience at the Burger King drive-thru last night! Sergio provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Not only was our order fast and accurate, but Sergio also took the time to help us with the Burger King app on our phone. He was patient and made sure we understood everything, which we really appreciated. That level of care and attention is rare these days!

Calling corporate as soon as they open! Night shift manager was rude when I called to complain! Hung up in my face and stopped answering the phone. A whole dead pincher bug in my food. Just came from a long trip me and kids were hungry and we decided to come here. Spent $40 on this nasty ish!!! Do not go to this one. I’m gonna make sure I hire legal team for this.Unprofessional! Manager said it was impossible for a bug to be in my food. Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right he hung up on me. To corporate I go!!

No body greeted me. It was like a library. The only person that was professional was a gentlemen that worked there. The younger woman don’t have great customer service skills, no greeting at all. I was asking if I could get a picture of the receipt bcz I was doing door dash and she said the receipt was in the bag, I told her I’m not allowed to open the bag and she said that she never had to show the receipt before the young gentleman dug the receipt out of the trash and let me take a picture of it. So why couldn’t that young lady do the same, since she’s the one that handed me the order? I really wish I had names to share. I don’t have a date or time. I will look the next time I have a pick up there. But it was definitely early evening. Sometime after 3:00pm.

Went through drive through a simplification forever to get one per and a hamburger anchor in front of me, spend about 15 minutes setting here. They really need to hire a couple more people to work during the day. I’m not trying to run the store with 1 or 2 people, it’s ridiculous.
If they can’t afford to pay people to work, maybe they should just close this.Door down

I just had a jr breakfast burrito with sausage egg and hash browns, it was perfect size . It’s a small burrito so order the bigger one if you want a bigger size. This one was just right . It was fresh and yummy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a whopper and small fries and they couldn’t even get the order correctly. This is the second time the order was wrong twice in one day. First time, they shorted me on the fries and the burger hardly had any cheese looked cut in half. To be honest Sorry but y’all suck very slow services I waited 15 minutes to place a order nobody helped they kept walking by us very slow staff!! They all need more training but once I did place my order it took bout 30 minutes I went shopping at target came back still nothing the worst place in town .never again they need to contact the owner ASAP….i honestly need corporates number. This is the worst service in the AV. Since the pandemic every business has suffered. New people with no customer service skills or sense of pride in thier work, shut the whole place down and get new managers and employees perhaps

I was given attitude because I honestly could not hear the young man speaking to me over the intercom. Unsure if this was deliberate or just very careless, but I ordered a jr chicken and value fry, for my wife and toddler. They both got a stomach virus. I don’t care if you took me personally because of other rude customer experiences, you do not put people’s lives in danger over a petty reason.
