Customers Beware, The drive thru brunette lady does not know how to apply coupons, I was using the BK app for a double burger for 10.99 and added a 4 piece nuggets for free per using the BK app points combined (it’s an option to redeem into one code). I asked if the fries can be upsized into a large, which before was no problem paying the difference. The lady asked if I wanted the nuggets, of course I said yes because they were part of the code. And my total was going to be $14.90 something, I asked why so much? It’s usually a dollar more, And she said because that’s the way “the system is” and that there’s cameras “always watching” they can’t adjust pricing. The way she explained it, was that she basically added each item on my order separately, and the upsize of the large fries is what sent the total over? She tried to make it seem like I was at fault, saying I gave her multiple codes for my order, when only one was given. Her manager was no help at all, siding with the way I was being charged, which is basically if I paid regular price and didn’t use a coupon at all. Then I used as example, that every employee who helped prior had no trouble getting my order the same way with the same deal on the app many times before until recently today.
Then both the employee and the day manager started deflecting and blaming the night manager and other employees of doing things they’re not supposed to do. I know the night manager, he is a very good person and never gave me anything for free or adjusted prices to benefit me, to have them talk bad about a good person like that shows a lot about them and the other employees do give good service.
Please save your money and go to IN N Out or Raisin Canes down the street, better service and definitely more bang for your buck.

Girl doesnt know how to use the machine for coupons. Told me i needed to tell her when we were using a coupon when we did. Not only that she gave us the wrong burger & voided multiple meals/charged incorrectly. Took her 4 minutes to still mess up.

5/27/2025 = 5 Star = i used drive thru today and the lady took my order she’s very nice, that’s this location earn additional star . Congrats to this store .
3/28/2025 = 4 Star = Good and clean location, i believe just renovated this place , the only issue here are when you came not saying Hi or Hello , the rest is good , will try again soon .

This review is for the Spicy Ch’King Sandwich but I will add Newly constructed, very clean, modern decor. Service was great.
As for the sandwich, one of the best chicken sandwich in the game. When it comes to fast food burger joint chicken sandwiches, this is my favorite. Kind of expensive for $7 a Sandwich.

Today’s experience was awesome!! The lady in the drive thru was very nice. And my food so fresh and actually looks like the picture!! The new southwest bacon whopper is so good. Very flavorful!! The fries were warm and not too salty. The chicken nuggets were moist and crispy! Overall great food and service! Thanks BK!

The bathroom is All Gender with no lock. Unless this was a worker or something, while I was in the restroom a male came in. I did not see a visible lock so unless a worker can override. The man said hello and when I said I was in there, they left. Like I said there is no visible lock though and it appears a male can come in and use the restroom/urinal as a female is in the stall. NOT COOL.

This place is clean and sharp. They got my order right. They were prompt as well.
It’s fast food so quality is what you’d expect. With that said the food was good, the onion rings weren’t over cooked and the burger was to standard. Service was direct and prompt without feeling rushed.

Effectively the burger was an elegant symposium of macro nutrients, with the patty serving as the primary purveyor of protein essentially, it’s a gastronomic dissertation on efficient nutritional delivery… BTW bun does not taste like Berries and the self serving Soda machine was not functioning. Overall satisfactory experience.

If I could give a 0, I would. I ordered the Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper and was extremely disappointed by the burger. It was missing ingredients and poorly made. Do not recommend this location!
