The young man who took my order at the drive-thru he was really nice so this is nothing in regards to his customer service. But the food there has gotten very bad! I ordered two tacos because I knew back in the day they were pretty good but what they gave me I couldn’t describe what was in the middle It was disgusting like they just slapped a glob of whatever it was. Truly disgusting so whatever you do do not eat their tacos their burgers might still be good but the tacos are disgusting. I will include a picture. My advice is to pay attention to the food you’re serving people because nothing about those two tacos look edible. I would have came back to get my money back but I’m already too far. Another thing if you compare multiple Burger King locations that’s in the area this location is the most expensive. There’s one 5 minutes away that has regular prices and is located on Euclid and their food is delicious. I don’t mind coming back to this location in the future hopefully they get their food right. Other than that the team of people in there they were okay… Today. I won’t speak on the past. But today I don’t have anything bad to say about them. But the food OMG! To the manager at this location take a look at the pictures I provided would you feed this to your dog??

They forgot about our last burger and we were already half way home. We had to drive back 15 minutes to pick it up. Our food was cold and they didn’t even apologize. The service is TERRIBLE.

This burger king tasted little they used to very good, fries were salted great. Doors were wide open for what ever reason (maybe AC was out) and the staff was pretty helpful. But deff recommended for that old fashioned Have it your way taste!

Second visit here and both experiences have been very poor. While I generally do like Burger King’s food, the Whoppers I have received from this location are subpar. They are very dry and tasteless compared to other locations. Today I was helped by Martha the supervisor who pretty much lacks in customer service skills. Was not expecting much from my visits to the fast food establishment, but they managed to go way below even basic customer service etiquette. The bathroom is also marked as broken/unavailable probably to keep the Home Depot day workers from using it. Can’t be a coincidence that it was broken on both of my visits.

I don’t know why, but it was more expensive than other Burger King’s. I got it through the drive-thru, so I don’t know what it was like inside, and the staff wasn’t bad, but um… I personally would have to think twice about coming back to this store.
