Went inside to order a soft ice cream cone, so I could get a cup of water for my kitten. Other wise I had to pay for the cup. I was not trying to get anything really, only had $2.79 in my cash app. When the lady handed me the cone, was very top heavy from the 4 or 5 swirls of soft serve ice cream. I then asked for another cup, & a spoon as well to put the cone in. At the same time she gives me the extra cup, n spoon, all the ice cream falls off the cone onto the counter. I proceeded to get the ice cream into the cup. Feeling quite embarrassed because another customer had just walked in and saw what happened. The lady working proceeded to go ahead and help the new customer, without even offering any assistance to me. I had to ask her to get napkins for my hands which I used to put dumped ice cream into the cup. I was just in shock, and still can’t believe she didn’t help me by ignoring what just happened and immediately proceeded to take the person’s order? She actually let me have the spoiled ice cream I picked up off the counter with my hands?! Didn’t offer to make me a new cone, and gave me only 2 napkins after taking order from new customer first. WOW!?

Love me a flamed broiled burger and chicken fries. Just wish they would switch back to the old ranch, the new ranch sucks and it’s the main reason I really don’t go back that often. Jack n the box has you beat with their ranch and I’ll go there because of it.

Second visit here and both experiences have been very poor. While I generally do like Burger King’s food, the Whoppers I have received from this location are subpar. They are very dry and tasteless compared to other locations. Today I was helped by Martha the supervisor who pretty much lacks in customer service skills. Was not expecting much from my visits to the fast food establishment, but they managed to go way below even basic customer service etiquette. The bathroom is also marked as broken/unavailable probably to keep the Home Depot day workers from using it. Can’t be a coincidence that it was broken on both of my visits.

Got there tonight at 11:20pm and the woman at the drive thru just kept repeating “We are closed.” I mentioned that the store hours state that they close at 12:00am and she just kept repeating “We are closed.” If the owner sees this… if your sales are down in the evening, now you know why. Awful service.
