Around 8:30 pm today, I purchased the new spicy chicken wrap, and I received an oily saugy tortilla with oil drenching through the wrapper, the lettuce and tomato drenched with oil. I took a bite, and taste was nasty of oil, it actually made my stomach upset. I will probably never return to this location. Just because it’s late doesn’t mean the quality should be like this, I suggest management to retrain employees to keep quality of food good and safe during all business hours.

It’s very rare for me to be happy with my custom whopper but this burger king did it just right! I was happy all day they my order was correct and I had another whopper for later to enjoy the exact same way I like! I wish the burger king near me could make my order like this location!! I’m considering the one star a zero. On Thursday around 6:40pm Angie (manager) had the most awful attitude as soon as we walked in and taking our order was no better. My mom went up to the counter to ask her for something and the lady started being racist towards my spanish speaking mother and told her that she needs to speak english to her. i cannot believe how disgusting this lady was i have never had any issues with discrimination and this behavior is absolutely disgusting. i need the general managers number or corporates office because i will be reporting this worker to a higher up this is foul behavior and displaying racism will make you go out of business. do better burger kind your employees have the worst attitude. I will NEVER eat at this place again. i expect fo something to be done because THIS is nothing lightly.

I just love this local BK, I work Graveyards and usually stop by early in the morning to grab a quick dinner and even though they are currently serving breakfast they don’t give any fuss when I order nuggets at 6am and the lovely lady working the early hours of the morning shift is a true example of a satisfactory customer experience, she knows it’s me whenever I place my regular order and knows exactly how I like everything done, and even knows what sauce I like. I come for the food, but I return for the service!

I don’t eat a lot of fast food, but their new limited offer brisket whopper is tasty. I’ll get it once a month until it disappears.
This location is in a gas station. It’s never busy when I go. The service is just passing. Not friendly not rude. The cashier was on her phone a lot when I was there.
The table tops are always greasy, never fully cleaned. Only wiped, I’m assuming. The music is fairly decent, surprisingly!

I’ve gone here multiple times and the consistency here is atrocious! My order has been wrong multiple times the food is so greasy is soaks through the paper. I’ve even had my order repeated back to me and it’s still wrong, this is the closest BK in my area hence why l keep coming back. The service is always friendly though but please do better wrap your wraps better. Photo for reference not even 10 mins old.

The restaurant either gave me someone elses order or completely ignored my customizations and added a beef hamburger to the bag.
The point of me ordering the impossible burger is because i literally can not eat beef due to an allergic reaction developed after being bitten by a lonestar tick.
Giving me beef instead of following my very easy customization(no mayo, add mustard, add an extra impossible patty) to my meat-free burger is inexcusable. How would burger king feel if instead of paying with US Dollars I instead payed with monopoly money?? You cant use it for anything but it looks and feels great in the hand!. And this is in addition to being told to pull forward and sit on the curb so they can keep their drive-through time artificially low.
