This place was absolutely filthy in the kid’s playground. Not only that but it has water damage on the ceiling and had no working air conditioning going thru. It was looking like it had not been cleaned or disinfected in some time. I got my kids ice cream and was excited to try this place but wish i would of ended up at the McDonald’s down by the fwy which is so much better.

Stopped to pick up dinner after a 12 hrs shift. Wife ordered an oreo shake. They tell us it will be 14 min for the shake. 35 min later still no shake. They gave us our food with in 10 min. Went up to ask about the shake and got oh one more minute it’s almost done. Ended up 40 min wait for the shake.

I really hate giving such low ratings. However on this particular day that I visited this restaurant, the service was tremendously slow and uninviting. The staff didn’t seemed to care or even make any effort to address the situation. As soon as I walked up to the counter I was not greeted or even acknowledged. The core of a customer experience that’s on point is courtesy, and I just didn’t receive that during this visit. Maybe the staff were having a bad. So hopefully, the next time that I visit I will have a better experience.

Soo irritated. Normally this place is good. The exception is this is like the third time I’ve been here where they’ve forgotten my food and I can’t call them. The number listed on the receipt seems like someone’s personal number. The phone number listed here on Google maps is out of order.

I’ve worked at Burger King for a little under a year, so I understand how the ordering works. But when i went through the drive through i was told I couldn’t make a specific item into a combo, and that i had to purchase the items separately. I was fine with that but then i was also told we were only able to use a single 6-diget coupon per vehicle, even though if made through different transactions with a separate phone it works.
