Since I was little, I would always go to Burger King with family. today after donating blood, and feeling weak; I went to the dining room lobby to try to recover and get a nice meal from Burger King. 15 minutes prior I was told that the lobby was closing although the hours posted say they don’t close until 8 PM, During this time, another individual walked in and placed an order three minutes after the time that they said they were closing the lobby. I asked if I could stay and just eat my food and I would head out, otherwise my only option would be to eat at the bus stop, I was told no because the lot was now closed. So I left I went to the dark dirty bus stop littered with cigarettes, an empty soda can, and other trash. I have been faithful to Burger King because this is one of my favorite chains. I don’t want to Disappear. But tonight is definitely the last time I ever eat Burger King again.

I’ve always ordered from burger king, it’s the best. And when I found out about the monster menu, I was really excited! However, today as I tried it ordered it, I didn’t realize until I was halfway home, that instead of the items that I thought I bought from the monster menu, I got a regular whopper burger and fries. To say the least, this is the first time that I’ve ever been disappointed from burger king.

They claim to take EBT but that claim is not substantial since the stupid machine can’t properly read anyone’s card they only take cash and the lady at the desk was very loud and rude I don’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

The new brisket burger is NOT WORTH $8.99 I literally just bought two for me and my mom they wasn’t really even hot and thats what i was afraid of. For most part it taste like a bbq whopper its not enough brisket to be call a brisket sandwich

Ordered nuggets and a chicken jr. the value menu is a dollar!! The order came out in less than a minute. Wow!! That’s fast!! And Nancy in the front she was so nice too!! I love it here!! Screw carl’s jr.. what happened to the dollar spicies.. im eating over here now

Over the past few years, even pre-emodel, one or both of us would stop by to get some food. There are a lot of things to order from, but it is the condiments are the key. ‘I’d like to add this, but not that’…. what happened to ‘Have It Your Way’? Today was the final experience and I had to say something about about. The photo below is based on a request for extra mayo, no lettuce and add heavy pickle. When the ladies answered the phone they said they have no idea who the ‘owner’ or ‘franchisee’ is for this store. Sad.
And why is it only in the Coachella Valley is it that whipped cream is automatically added to a shake? In 45 other states in which we have purchased shakes from BK have we been asked if we would like whipped cream on our shake(s). It should be the same here. The Franchisee could save money on product by asking instead of assuming.
