I purchased a Whopper and a medium order of fries before work for $13.00. You read that right 13.00. Unfortunately, the food was cold when I received it. Given the price point, I expected better quality. This experience was disappointing and has led me to reconsider returning to this Burger King location. Stop paying fast food workers 20.00 an hour!!!!

You were saying getting a raise of $20 an hour. You take a little bit more pride in your job. Sunday January 18th approximately at 5:54 PM the gentleman working the drive-through with the mullet or rattail had nothing but attitude over the drive-through intercom. My order was completely messed up. My wife had asked for onion rings. He packed in french fries instead I had asked the guy for my drinks that he almost forgot to give me rolls his eyes with attitude, forgot to pack a ranch that we had asked for I would expect better customer service being a customer paying my money to come to this location I guess it’ll be the last time. I’ll be attending this location along with letting friends and family know not to go to this location. You guys sure do hire employees that value their work ethic you would think this is how you feed yourself and pay for things in life

No complaints here. Usually visit once a week. Great if you have a coupon. Decent deals in the app. They staff has been flexible when I’ve made custom requests.

I gave BK another try after a few years, same location. Food was cold, fries were dry and you can tell it was sitting around. I had ordered 8 piece poppers and they weren’t even in the bag. Very disappointing to see so many other thriving franchises in the same vicinity. Its a huge let down coming from a corporate stand of point. Its sad to say but this location really needs to close. Not even SpongeBob can save them.

Tables and floors very clean. Also windows were exceptionally clear. Excellent maintenance crew that keeps this dinning room looking nice.

I’ve never had any issues with this burger king before. This morning I ordered a whopper with no onion (I’m allergic) and unfortunately I had to throw it away.
Just posting this review so you guys can be careful about that.

Drove up to this burger King located at lemon Grove area. Drive thru was empty. I placed my order for kids cheese burger sandwich combo. Wow! I was so impressed by the service by the salesperson. They told me to parked and they will bring me the food. And they did. They were polite worker. I rate this burger King 5 stars ⭐

I have to admit. At one point this place was not so good. Food was not good and service was pretty bad. However, now, it’s been AMAZING! FOOD IS GOOD AND HOT AND SERVICE IS REALLY GOOD!! They’ve turned it around somehow. Its really good now!!
