Clean and cheap, the frape tastes great for a dollar, surely beats the one from mcdonalds, kids like the fries and nuggets, the only thing I saw is that the soda fountain did not have all of the sodas available but the selections where good enough.

The drive thru service here is not good and very annoying. I had a woman named Sandra taking my order and it took a long time to complete my order. First she sounded confused when I tried ordering a double quarter pounder king burger, like she didn’t know what it was. Then before I could add more items to my order she started talking to the other employees in Spanish over the intercom. I had to listen to that for what felt like 2 minutes before I could talk again. After that I ordered the 2 for $6 mix and match whopper and chicken sandwich with the fries and drink. I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. I ended up having to raise my voice and practically yell into the intercom for her to get my order right. Finally all my items were on the order screen and I pulled forward. When I got to the window I asked her if I could use a coupon I had and she sharply said No, with no explanation as to why I couldn’t use it. When I asked why she seemed annoyed with me and trying to rush me to pay, like I was the one making trouble for her. The entire ordeal probably took more 10 minutes, way more than it should have for a drive thru order. Over all this whole experience left me feeling annoyed and like it was a huge waste of time over burgers that weren’t even with the trouble. I just hope the managers see this and take time to train their employees a little more on their menu and customer service.

$36 for three burgers, one order of onion rings and one order of fries AND they can’t even get the order correct. It’s printed correctly on the receipt, definitely got charged for extra’s and didn’t receive them. NEVER AGAIN.

I had ordered a small coke and a bacon croissant sandwich. Not the combo. When I got to the window the young man said $9.00. I thought that was kinda expensive but didn’t question. He handed me my coke, I had to wait for the sandwich. Of course no receipt. This was about 9:30 am. Then I went to another Burger King close by around 10:30 am and the cashier was so sweet told me I could get 2 sandwiches for $4.00. Plus my coke it came to $7.60. Thank you for the Bonita Road place for not telling me about the special and basically charging too much.

I was excited about getting the Bacon King, and it got me so sad and disappointed ☹️, I guess the king lost the crown long ago, too bad they don’t make the food as it supposed to be, as before when Burger King was the King , there is no point to pay for something you will not get.

Cashier needs to be welcome and not be so distracted. Especially when it’s slow. I don’t know who the other person was but they weren’t so friendly either. The cook was the only super friendly employee came and gave my baby a crown.

Ordered at 8:00 am. Manger said my order back correctly but for some reason rang up my coffee the wrong size and gave me the wrong sandwich. When I came back for the correct sandwich she said she couldn’t understand me at the speaker. Pulled up to the window and handed back the sandwich and she gave me the correct breakfast sandwich but unheated. She was also very rude even though I was friendly about the situation. I don’t understand why I was treated like an inconvenience when I was the one who had to turn around and go back through the drive through. Very rude person!
