Went thru drive thru after a SDSU football game to order some whoppers to go. They did not give us our double whopper. And we requested no onions but they put onions on our whopper. This happened on 11/22. We did not go back for our missing item. It was late and where already home. I would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to dine which is a rarity these days. I had to wash my hands after vacuuming my vehicle down the road and was impressed eighth how clean and bright it felt inside. I used the big app screen to order but a nice guy came out with a cup for me right on cue after I paid. I’m grateful they still have a lobby machine, I like making my own drink.

Finally, items at Burger King were delicious & tasted exactly the way they should! I’m visiting Chula Vista on Bonita Rd from Las Vegas for the week. It was too convenient to just get a feast from Burger King with my hotel right next door. The Whopper w/Cheese was awesome. The tacos were great. The onion rings were perfectly cooked. I even cheated on the sugar with a frozen coke. Everything was so very well prepared & nothing short of delicious. That fast food restaurant also looked super clean which was more than appreciated.
The Manager absolutely deserves a serious well done for a perfect Burger King experience. She should be training others in proper fast food management.

Clean and cheap, the frape tastes great for a dollar, surely beats the one from mcdonalds, kids like the fries and nuggets, the only thing I saw is that the soda fountain did not have all of the sodas available but the selections where good enough.

The drive thru service here is not good and very annoying. I had a woman named Sandra taking my order and it took a long time to complete my order. First she sounded confused when I tried ordering a double quarter pounder king burger, like she didn’t know what it was. Then before I could add more items to my order she started talking to the other employees in Spanish over the intercom. I had to listen to that for what felt like 2 minutes before I could talk again. After that I ordered the 2 for $6 mix and match whopper and chicken sandwich with the fries and drink. I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. I ended up having to raise my voice and practically yell into the intercom for her to get my order right. Finally all my items were on the order screen and I pulled forward. When I got to the window I asked her if I could use a coupon I had and she sharply said No, with no explanation as to why I couldn’t use it. When I asked why she seemed annoyed with me and trying to rush me to pay, like I was the one making trouble for her. The entire ordeal probably took more 10 minutes, way more than it should have for a drive thru order. Over all this whole experience left me feeling annoyed and like it was a huge waste of time over burgers that weren’t even with the trouble. I just hope the managers see this and take time to train their employees a little more on their menu and customer service.

I ordered a double whopper with cheese and a large frozen cherry. When I got to the window I told the guy to check because he had put on the screen a small cherry frozen drink and double whopper with cheese. He corrected it and gave me the large drink and when he handed me the bag, I asked him again, is it a double whopper with cheese and he said yes he was sure. Well, when I get home and finally get ready to eat, I have a whopper with cheese. I called back to Burger King several times and no answer. I get so upset at the number of times my drive through order is wrong. From now on I will not move from the window until I open the bag and check my order. Since this happens whether the line is long or not. I will still take my time and not move until I get what I paid for.
