i would rate it 1 star for the service and prices but they earn 2 because the place is very clean. the dont have the value menu on this location and the prices are higher than the BK’s around the area. go to a different location there are a few near by

This location has always offered great customer service, which is something this area can be hit or miss with at times. Every time I come to this BK, the staff is always welcoming, and the majority of those times I’m helped by Liz. She always gives great customer service, and I always see her working hard, when not helping customers. Her work ethic is something that I wish most places employees displayed these days, and is also something that employers should notice and reward. You don’t find those kind of qualities at the majority of places around the country, which is why I’m taking the time to comment and give recognition to Liz for her outstanding customer service and work ethic.

1st the good, the fries were hot for a change. The bad..the woppers both were cold.And only a 50 cent size piece of tomato. A couple of pieces of onion. And the lettuce was old and brown on top of it.

My best part of eating at this BK was the customer service that was bestowed upon me by Isabelle. I’m not sure if I spelled her name right, I only quickly got a glance when she handed me my food. She had a nose ring I believe. She was so very nice and made me feel welcomed even though I was having the hardest time figuring out what I wanted to eat. The food came out fresh that was also a plus. I would love to visit this BK again.

I walked in there were no customers the 2 employees were standing around talking. Yet there was no ice. Table were dirty. Floor was dirty and there were flies bugging me while I was trying to eat. I threw my drink cup on the floor adding to the mess that was already there and they just stared at it like it was no problem were lazy.
