If I could give zero star to the second shift of this burger king I will , the whole team suck every single time some item is missing.
They too slow and they are rude . I missed fries and tacos and drinks at literally three different orders at same freaking month of march without mentioning the hair in the food last January 2026 never back again .

I ordered a Whopper and discovered a piece of hair in it while eating. I’ve never had issues with their food or drinks before, except for the bitter, not‑fresh coffee I had yesterday. Honestly, it was the worst cup I’ve ever had.
Next time, I’ll be checking the meat in the burgers and breakfast sandwiches more carefully. Aside from the food concerns and the bad coffee, the service itself was good.

Came in store for my phone online order, when the friendly staff approached me about my order, the couldn’t find it because I accidentally ordered it to another burger king. The managers immediately stepped up asked for my order details, made the order, he himself to the due diligence to call the other burger king and move the order on over to my current location and served me with a smile. 10/10 service and respect thank you fir taking care of your customers with care and positive attitude.

Placed an order for pick up. When I got here the doors were blocked off and I was told I had to go through the drive through for my order. I’d been driving for 9 goods and wanted to sit down and relax. The entire lobby is shut down at 4:45 pm which has signs says the lobby is open 24 hrs. Had I known this ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else.

Been sitting in this damn line for almost 30 minutes for three things. Lines not moving at all. Super super slow service and now late to work because I’m stuck in the line and i got here early enough to not be late. Not sure if it’s lack of employees or just super slow but it’s definitely not good. Employee was eating fries out of the fryer basket. Will never come here again if I could put zero stars I would. The only good thing about this place is they were kind, however, they were not even apologetic for the wait.

It was such a sad scene. The dining room had not one clean table. I saw an old man grab a napkin and wipe a booth himself so he can sit. There was only one lady working and she was really nice and got my order ready quickly. It was over 10 bucks for two chicken wraps and a small fries (sheesh). I sat there for over 90 minutes and only two customers beside me came and ordered food. I don’t know how this place affords to stay open. Wish them luck anyway.
