Well hello there my little festerlings! Your favorite Burger King ambassador, with another Burger King review!
My BK of choice is on pyramid, but I came through here two days in a row.
I’m going to five Star this review, because of all the negative reviews. This place isn’t that bad at all.
The first time I came through here, was for my MIL, I got her a Whopper Jr meal. It is her first time having Burger King, or at least that she can remember. And if you find that hard to believe, she lived in a little remote mountain town most of her life. But she absolutely LOVED it, and her burger was made perfect and everything was still hot when I got home.
The next Day, I drove through after getting my car worked on. For whatever reason, the BK app WILL NOT let you customize your burgers with extra ingredients anymore. I have no idea why but it’s frustrating. So to the BK app, you DON’T rule!
The same nice lady in the drive-thru, was there both days. Older Mexican gal. Super nice!
I didn’t go inside, so I can’t tell you about that.
Anyways getting back to the inability to fully customize my burger on the app, I just ordered a regular Whopper with jalapenos and onion rings. I typically order a Whopper, heavy all, but like I said you can’t do that anymore. I also took advantage of the free french fries with a $3 purchase, so I just ordered a drink with my food.
My food was fresh, it was hot, and my burger even though I couldn’t get “heavy all” was pretty much perfect, and basically tasted the same as if I had.
You guys got a cut these fast food places some slack. Some of you people on here are trying to rate it like it’s a three-star Michelin restaurant. It’s fast food!
Thanks Burger King, I know when I’m back down that part of town and I get a hankering, I’ll be confident stopping by this location as well!

Disgusting and sloppy people here making your food. Look at my not so Royal wrap. Dried chicken, barely any lettuce and gross sauce. Would not recommend. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The girl who was in charge was rude with a bad attitude. I was shocked and in disbelief that someone who works at a restaurant talks to customers like prisoners. She definitely needs to get some people skills.

The young lady in the front with the tattoos and the pretty pink watch on was very patient and kind to my husband and I. She was very polite and friendly. She repeated our order and made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our order. She made sure everything was fresh and we enjoyed the best burgers and fries simply because she made our dinner her priority! We can’t wait to see her again!

The lady Heather was in the front completely by herself and she was absolutely amazing! She had extremely large orders in front of her and she never faltered. She was very quick, efficient, and extremely professional. I know the situation that she was in was extremely stressful, but she maintained a smile and good character. I will return to this restaurant simply because of the experience that Heather gave me. My order was hot fresh and I got it very quickly. Kudos to Heather for being such a hard worker.

Placed order for pick up… Lobby was closed…. 10 minute wait at the drive thru speaker… Finally get to the windows to have our bag shoved at us and the windows slammed shut… Drinks and food all in one large bag sealed shut… Drink is wrong, fries are cold… Just close this location if that’s how it’s going to be run….

Sloppy. That’s a grilled chicken sandwich. They put WAY to much sauce. I had the chicken fries and got food poisoning. Consumer beware.. :/
Update: I don’t know why I went back here, but I did and 100% REGRET IT. I ordered 8 mozzarella sticks and the top 4 were completely not edible. My order was wrong. This is the worst location. I will never eat at a Burger King again.

25 minute drive through wait! This restaurant never has full staff, always has cold food, terrible slow service, dirty area to be around in general. Won’t return.
