It took 45 minutes at the Fallon, NV location #6717. We gave up and canceled the order. An entire lobby of people still waiting to get their food. An absolute dumpster fire of a crew. At least 2 employees declared it was their last day.. We ended up at Arbys instead. 5min

My first swing at a Burger King Big Fish sandwich was a home run, expecting a Filet O Fish clone I was pleasantly surprised, this is actually a meal, at least double the size of “the clowns” product and just over all better. Fat content at less than 30 no complaints at all. The King has a fish convert going forward…

Placed a mobile order. When I got to the window, I specifically asked for the food to be fresh. Reason being is because a few nights prior they sold me really old food. The lady which seemed to be a manager assured me that the food had just been made.
When I get home of course the food is old and cold. I came back and there were 2 female managers up front. The one who told me the food was fresh(she was helping a customer). The other female manger looked me dead and my face and literally turned her back to me. Not once acknowledging me.
Then they went around the corner and felt as though something was funny. In all my yrs being a general manager at restaurants and hotels, I’ve never treated a customer like this. (Time stamped At 18 at approximately 2:40).

The chicken wrap I ordered must of been kept warm for long time could barely bite into it so hard! Had to wait forever for taco.

My family and I used to love going to Burger King.. HOWEVER.. My husband went to get dinner after a long day of work last night. He came home to find what appears to be a bite taken out of the chicken. Regardless of whether is was or was not, the workers should take pride in the way they represent the store. They should not be sending out food that looks like this. The person making the sandwich had to have known that it did not look right. My husband just ended up throwing it away and it was a waste of money. Probably will not go back to this branch again in Fallon.

Got off work at 8:30 and has been stuck in a line for 40 minutes just to get told none of the stoves were on to cook food and had 2 teens and an adult horseplaying around in the building. Quality of customer service is dropping. Do Better

Food was cold and not fresh. Mobile order and had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line. 2 car in front of me. Awful service. Cody needs to be thr janitor. Customer service skills are atrocious.
