My family and I used to love going to Burger King.. HOWEVER.. My husband went to get dinner after a long day of work last night. He came home to find what appears to be a bite taken out of the chicken. Regardless of whether is was or was not, the workers should take pride in the way they represent the store. They should not be sending out food that looks like this. The person making the sandwich had to have known that it did not look right. My husband just ended up throwing it away and it was a waste of money. Probably will not go back to this branch again in Fallon.

Everytime I go there which is two or three times a week there is always soda all over the floor in front of the garbage that is on the side of the lobby near the highway. I went around 4 pm today and the same thing so I went to the counter and told the redhead employee named Cody about it and he said he would have someone clean it up. Well 45 minutes went by and nobody cleaned it up and they didn’t even put wet floor signs out. That would have made someone a nice lawsuit. All those kids do in their is use foul language and go stand in the back talking. I wish management would read these reviews but don’t think they ever do because they never comment on them it’s like they don’t care either.

Sat in drive-thru for 25 minutes. Three vehicles in front of us. 15 year old with hands in his hair that took our card. 36 dollar’s later, get our food and the bacon was not on the Texas burger. Corporations die slow deaths this way.

My first swing at a Burger King Big Fish sandwich was a home run, expecting a Filet O Fish clone I was pleasantly surprised, this is actually a meal, at least double the size of “the clowns” product and just over all better. Fat content at less than 30 no complaints at all. The King has a fish convert going forward…

The staff were nice and the location was clean, although since it usually very busy, I have to ask them to cook it to order unless I want the sad, dry, crusty fries and chicken that have been under a heater for the last 3 hours. The burgers are good though, and they seemed to be cooked fresh every time.

There is an enormous sign on the restaurant stating lobby is open for takeout. I walk inside and am promptly told the lobby is closed, and then they lock the door behind me. I am in a large box truck that will not fit in drive thru. Thank you for supporting your essential worker customera through these times
