I called 5 times and nobody’s picked up the phone… Then I asked to speak with manager … Cashier said I can speak as a manager…. Then I asked 3 the times somebody said I’m the manager without saying her name … I asked her name 3 times because she wasn’t saying clear. .finally I got her name …. Hilary….
She had Hispanic accent……..
At the time I was explaining her the reason I called…..she was talking to onather customer taking an orders when I was talking to her…. Disrespectful that much ? ?????
My complaint was about not doing their job..
My husband ordered 2 burgers ….one of them he asked white cheese and no salt on fries…and I called him at that time when he was ordering and I listen what he said.
He got home…..I opened the bag…. The burger swimming in too much mayonnaise…. Cheese was yellow American instead of white cheese, and they add the salt on a fries…. When he asked….no salt !
That shows that people don’t like their jobs, reckless, and don’t care about customers
Do you think I will recommend anybody to go there ?
This is not the way to do a business…… And burger king has a commercial about being the best on TV all day long????????
After all tha “manager” didn’t apologized at all…….. Saying you should tell us if you don’t want mayonnaise on it …….. Really?????
I’m very upset …… Driving 20 minutes to go get the burger to enjoy….. When I could go” in and out” and enjoy.
People doing lousy job……. Can’t be trusted definitely in hygienic things in that place.

By far the worst customer service possible. The very heavyset lady who said she was the manager did not care about me as a customer, my order or if I went somewhere else. Not only was she rude and disrespectful, but she was wasting everybody’s time. She stared at customers in the dining room while she was standing in the back eating food. Finally, when she came up front, she looked like we were inconveniencing her meal time. I will not be back at the store again. There is no way this is the Best employees that you can get

My family and I eat that this Burger King probably about 3-4 times a month because it’s near our congregation and our children attend an after school program after their regular school day is over. We have come for breakfast, for lunch and for Dinner. We will be here more now that school is back in full session.
I appreciate the fact that no matter what time we’ve come it’s always clean and the kids place is meticulous.
For any parent that’s ever been to a fast food place that has a kids area it is a task to to keep it truly clean but the staff here focuses on it. They are very attentive and customer service is a real focus.
It is much less common place that a Burger King has a kid for all and although many McDonald’s do I like the equipment in this particular location better.
Burger King’s app is much easier to use then McDonald’s app and in my opinion the food is better. Another bonus is that although there aren’t many options for the health conscious on Burger King’s menu the food over all has lower fat less sodium and little less carbs according to my fitness tracker so when I do eat it’s not as bad for my diet.

By far the worst place I have ever been it should be shut down I gave this place 3 tries now and every time I come there no cars are in line but me and somehow I have to pull to the front wait 10 min to get my food 1 the food is fake we all know that 2 its a fast food restaurant what is fast about waiting 25-30min every time you order food and then on top of that the order still be wrong so today 11/29/25 I pull up sit at the order speaker for 2 min nobody says a word I yell hello 3 times and someone answers and says give me a minute! Im confused how its no cars in line 2 cars in the parking lot but I have to continue to wait to order food and its not even busy i am telling you please dont go here its unprofessional and it’s underwhelming and will make you upset for some food that is not even good for us and you have to wait a long extended period of time for junk food its terrible

Hit or Miss here. 50% of the time the food is decent, last night it was not. Forget the fact that my Double Whopper with Extra Cheese consisted of a single patty and zero cheese. The meat and the buns were so stale they were inedible. Don’t gamble on this location you will lose.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences here. From a raw chicken crisp sandwich to just opening up my breakfast sandwich today and finding mold on the egg. Thank god for ketchup, if not I would have never opened up this sandwich and seen the mold growing on this. Absolutely disgusting and carless knowing I could have gotten sick from eating food with mold sprouting.
