Parking was scarce, I went in with a coupon and the cashier was smug and gave no reason why she wouldn’t accept my coupon. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Against my better judgment, we tried the Burger King at Virgin River Casino. First off the prices are ridiculous and don’t expect service, and the two whoppers we ordered were luke warm at best. We tried but, it won’t happen again.

I went to purchase a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. There was no customer service available at the counter, only option was to order at kiosk. The system would not allow me to add just a sandwich, it said the item was unavailable. It would only let me order the sandwich in a combo meal. So I had to spend $15 to get the sandwich I wanted, and extra items I really didn’t want. I won’t be back, I think they chose a horrible location to put this Burger King, they have no customer service. So much for “having it your way”. False advertising! I hope this location goes out of business unless they can fix their problems.

This located inside the Virgin River Casino at the bowling alley. No drive through window. It should be noted if you look on the location finder in the Burger King app. It’s in gray like many locations in Airports. That means you can expect prices like you would see at an airport or major attraction. Also these locations are not programmed to use in app ordering. They use electronic kiosk. There are dining tables along the main hallway. This is a convenient restaurant for the hotel guests for takeout.

Had lunch there today absolutely ridiculous poor planning, poor service, very slow and very expensive. I’ve had steak dinners that didn’t cost that much. I ordered two whoppers a large fry, a medium fry along with a large drink and a medium drink for just under 40 dollars got home and had both burgers and both drinks but only one small fry

We were excited to have this in Mesquite, even though there is NOT a drive up window. You have to go inside the casino which is a pain. There was a sign on the order kiosk saying that there was a problem with the equipment and BURGERS were not available!

I ordered 2 whoppers and both were dressed wrong. When I tried to call the store, the number listed on the website is for a call out line. This is the 2nd time my order has been wrong. I dont think ” 3rd time is a charm” will work at this location.
