Drove up and Order 2 whoopers no cheese no meat and they gave me a side salad. Want inside and they kindly remade it and I ate 3 bite and trashed the rest. Tasted like it had miracle whip on it.

I waited 15 minutes in-store just to have my order taken. After 10 more minutes, they let me know that my ordered item was out of stock. After re-ordering, it took them another 10 minutes to get me the wrong order. Besides the poor service, the food was ultimately mediocre. The floor and ordering counters weren’t clean either. Fries littered the former, and receipts covered the latter.

The Incompetentcy at this location is unbelievable. For now on I guess I have to hold up the drive thru line just to check my order. When someone says NO PICKLES, THAT MEANS NO PICKLES! What is so hard about reading g an order and getting it right!? People are allergic to pickles. I also said no mustard. Only thing you got right was no onions. You guys advertise 50 times a day but, you can’t get a simple order right. By the way, I have been calling dor the last 30 min. No one ever answers the phone. Bad management and quality control. This happens with every other order from here. Get it together! What a joke
