This used to be a good Burger King. Recently though, the staff are not rude but not that friendly. In fact today when my son and I stopped for lunch, we were rung up by a nice lady, but what seemed to be the manager, decided to read our receipt and nearly accused us of taking a free drink, when that was how the nice lady rung up the order. We, of course, paid the extra money for the missing drink, but I was a little disappointed with the management. Besides that issue, the food was decent and store wasn’t horribly dirty. Probably will wait to stop here again.

Please avoid this place! We waited outside for 30 minutes for a simple order and somehow it got “lost”. That’s probably because they ask everyone one in the drive thru to pull forward and say they will bring out your food. Employees were giving people parked behind us their food and just kept walking by us without letting us know what was going on. My husband had to physically go in and ask where our food was at. There are employees working without uniforms and the place is a mess. It used to be so much better but I will never visit this location ever again. It’s so poorly run and very inefficient.

I swear I’m trying to stay away from BK, but you wouldn’t know it by reading my Google reviews! This time, I’d been awake since 4am, and it was now past 2pm and I still hadn’t eaten. I didn’t want to get on the road back to Phoenix without eating. So I caved and got the impossible whopper meal. It was good, as usual. I enjoy the ‘flame broiled’ taste.

The store is filthy. The clerk gave me the wrong order. I ordered #1, and she gave me a #5. And seemed mad about it. I finally got the correct burger. When I got home, my burger was bent in half. And I ended up with stomach problems that evening g and the next day. This place needs to be inspected. Nobody wore gloves who handled the food. I believe they are serving pre-cooked patties and heating them up in the microwave. Not freshly made. Such. Disappointment.

They continuously mess up drive through orders. I specifically asked for no cheese on my whopper, twice.. and it had extra cheese. I guess it’s a waste of time and money to come here. Used to be really good but a big disappointment these days. Can’t “have it your way” here.

Skip this place and don’t waste your time. We had a $35 order and we didn’t get half of our order and also nothing was the correct size. This was after being asked to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes. I can understand being busy during lunch rush but being in a fast food restaurant on the freeway where there is no easy way to turn around and fix your order they need to step up their game considerably. If you go be that guy that holds everyone up &check your order before pulling out. You’ll regret it otherwise. We wish we would have.

This place is the worst I waited in the drive thru 5 minutes just to make my order and then waited in the parking lot for another almost 15 minutes to get my food. I could understand if they were busy but they had 1 person in the dining area and nobody in the drive thru. Then to top it all off my 1 sandwich was cold thankfully I was going somewhere with a microwave.
