This Burger King SUCKS!!! Now while I don’t order a whole lot of fast food anymore because customer service is completely gone at most places and just not worth your time or money. Today was no exception. I ordered delivery via their website because I don’t have any need for their app since I rarely order fast food. However, I was hungry and figured I’d try the new SpongeBob meal. The website is clearly glitchy considering I received a burger in a tray with only a burger patty slapped inside and sprinkles of lettuce on top. I would NEVER order anything this way!! What’s the point?? I tried calling the store and no response. Just an automated message stating “we are not available at this time”!! They never are though?? I had another issue several months back with this same location and tried calling around 9pm & got the same message. Their websites virtual assistant is utterly useless, pointless and worthless as all heck also!! They have NO customer service phone number to reach out to for assistance so you literally cannot speak with a real human unless you physically go to the store!! Seriously?!! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!! This will be my last and final time ordering from Burger King again anywhere because it is painfully clear they do NOT care about their customers at all. If they did, they’d answer their phones or make it to where you can AT LEAST SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THATS NOT AI!!!!

The wait in drive thru took about 20 minutes, but that’s the normal EVERYWHERE these days. Sure enough when I got to the windows I could only see 3 employees. No complaints about the food, they got my order perfect and everything was fresh and hot! Best drive thru quality I have had in a year!!! Normally I have to order fries with no salt to get that result! The only complaint was the mini cinnamon buns, they were a little dense, but I think that’s just how they are made.

I purchased an 8$ breakfast the hash browns where so greasy i had to toss them what a wasre. But the worst part is that i was barely awake and have a brain injury and the cashier told me my bill was 27$ i looked at her crazy cause the menu said 4.80 $ but then she said oh no its 7.56 i still cant figure out where the heck that price came from but the worst part is the cashier stol 44$ from me and when i reported it to the manager he refused to look at the camera with me and kept saying that she is a good employee! I believe that he knew she stole my money and was protecting her because he did not want to have to fire her. That ok im calling corporate office today i dont know if they are privately owned or what but im going to request an audit and report both of them. I need my money back i have no job! That money was a Christmas gift from my granny this lady ruined my day i dont know what she has going on at home but what she did to me wasn’t right. This burger king is bad. I also feel like they were racially profiling me. Sure yes i look white. Im native American. N that money was a gift for me for Christmas and because i just got my new place! My grandma live 5000 miles away and i havent seen her in 4 years! Im tired of people stealing from me like im rich or something. This lady has a job and i do not! How dare her to do this! Yea to bad she picked the wrong one. I will also be reporting them to the better business bureau…. Good luck eith that. Should have given me my money back! 44$ is not worth all the effort i gonna put into this situation! I have all the time in the world i will be reporting this is several different ways. This review is only step one. Do not go to this burger king they are crooks!

They let me chill while I wait for my money to hit, sometimes it’s multiple hours and I’m usually broke while I’m waiting but still they Never gave me any problems. Super cool as well as accepting and they were nice to my dog too. Best bk in Tucson hands down. That’s why I spend money Everytime I visit and will continue to spend my whole checks on whooper with cheeses and onion rangs ya feel me

I ordered a whopper add Swiss and got the complete wrong meal. I’m on my lunch break and can’t drive back to get replacement food or I don’t eat. It’s in your handbook about order accuracy so don’t tell me you can’t do anything unless I come back. I wouldn’t be in this issue if you did your job correctly. I’d like a replacement meal and the manager on duty this day to be spoken to about handling order mistakes.

they are always belligerent and rude for no reason. They have been very hostile since seeing me with my partner and they have made so many ignorant comments against me as a trans person misgendering after being informed politely, and this time they wouldn’t even talk to flat out ignored be. plus the place is just gross, it always smells like dirty mop water and rude and honestly un hygienic team I saw the person prepping a burger wipe his nose and then why it on his shirt then keep preping food do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Went inside to be able to sit down and have a bite to eat for lunch. Had multiple people working at the drive-thru, nobody was helping at the counter. Nobody even acknowledged that there was other people standing there waiting to order just focused on the drive-thru listening to the guy in the drive-thru being handed the wrong food. Just not very attentive to the The surrounding area or customers.

I’ve gone here many times so this review isn’t based off a one time visit; with that being said it takes me forever to get my food, the workers are extremely slow, part of the time the order is wrong, workers are rude, and some workers even have long hair and that’s not a problem except the men and women for that matters don’t have any hair nets and hair has been in my food on at least 3 different occasions and that freakin disgusting and ridiculous, the workers are constantly having they’re friends or family come in and they leave the register area to go and BS with them and say hi for a minute and it’s just rude in my opinion. I’ve given this place too many chances and my time is important to be wasted here especially when I have 5 hungry kids in a car or have to go inside! It’s a fast food establishment but it’s not fast at all, I’ll never be going back here
