Honestly the service was slow, and the new general manager there is very rude to everyone. She doesn’t show respect to customers or the employees. She is a very toxic women and sadly it shows in person. First impressions are a thing for all of us and someone needs to check her. And there should not be favoritism in a work place and there is at Burger King. Feeling bad for anyone who works there to be honest. I’ve been there back and forth for years and I got treated very bad. Honestly all the old workers got treated like we were replaceable because she didn’t like us or something. It was uncomfortable to work around that type of environment and worry about getting fired over little things around that women.

We went in for lunch and it was very busy. Tori handled everything like a champ. I couldn’t believe how calm and cool she was with making all of those orders, but she handled it like a pro. Customer service was great too. Also the Alken guy and the other young kid were great as well.

Absolute garbage site and service. We waited 20+ min for our order inside with only 3 people in the store. An employee off shift showed up to chat with her friend 5-10 min after the customers in the store ordered, and she ended up ordering and getting food before everyone else, and had to remind employees of my order because they forgot.

Nobody answered the drive thru was stuck in line for 40 minutes got nothing to eat on my lunch hour. Couldn’t wait any longer. If your short on time DON’T GO TO BURGER KING!!!

The gal on this crew was working so hard! They were out of change so she politely let you know before you started ordering that it needed to be exact change or card, no problem for me but extremely hard for others to grasp . Gal was running cash register, telling crew what to put into fryer and running food out to cars. Need more trained staff, but that is a problem everywhere. We do not normally do fast food but traveling across the desert. Onion rings were worth the wait, perfectly cooked and wonderful flavor. Someone needs to tell that gal what a great job she is doing, sorry I did not get her name! 1/15/2023 about 12:30?

Don’t know who owns this franchise, but they need to shutdown. Seems everytime I stop here, they are out of something. This was the second time they were out of “BUNS”!!! I still took my order without, but it’s really sad . I love Burger King. But I think I can do with out this one.

I wish I could give zero stars. We spent 40 dollars for cold food. The restrooms are a bio hazard with pee all over the floor. They just put a wet floor sign up to solve the problem. With such little places to eat here you would think they would want to stand out from their competition.
