Could not believe the experience. Where do we find/hire these managers? Brought my family in. We order a quick bite to eat just before the movies. Their menu has 2 for 5 sandwiches which seems like a deal. I ordered 4 Junior Whopper Bacon cheeseburgers and 2 jr cheese burgers (meat and cheese only). We get to the table and there is no cheese on the bacon CHEESEburger? So kindly notified the “manager” Ashley that they did not come with cheese and she wanted to charge us extra. Like look at the menu it is a CHEESEburger. Even after repeating the order apparently the customer is supposed to ask for cheese on a CHEESEburger.

I was given a smashed whopper. And burned buns. The food was cold when given to me. I took two bits and it was not the same compared to other burger kings. My boyfriend got the same order but with no pickles and his order was hot and looked better than mine. I will no longer be eating at this Burger King or no longer eating Burger King. Not to mention the costumer service was horrible. I had to yell at them through the driver through because they didn’t hear me at all and I was telling them to speck up after them mumbling to me through there mic.

I am at this location every morning and the customer service is exceptional. The dinning area a bathrooms are always clean and fresh. I prefer to go to this burger king more than anywhere else. The GM Yvonne is very sweet and friendly and resolves issue with ease her customer service is top notch.

Everytime I try to go thru this drive thru for lunch I have to wait at least 5 minutes after getting to the mic to place my order. Don’t you know that most people are in a bit of a hurry if they are going thru the drive thru? Today I remain hungry because I was not helped in a timely manner.
