Had a great experience this morning at the drive-through. The lady working the register was so sweet! She was very accommodating and even gave my son and his friend crowns. Our breakfast was good too!

Every time I go, my food is cold, sloppily put together, and the attitude is palpable. It is no customer’s fault you chose to work at BK, and if it pains you that much, fry’s is right across the parking lot; auto zone, little Caesar’s, etc. I’ve given it the final chance. I don’t know how one particular person is still employed there.

The staff is so unhappy that it pours out to us! We stopped for dinner after a 8 hour trip, I got old fries, nicely asked for fresh and they weren’t happy about it. Kept looking at us rudely. My kids got old soggy chicken nuggets and cold mozzarella sticks. I didn’t want to be a Karen nor bother because of the looks after asking for fresh fees. I’ve been a customer for ever, even with their long lines or long wait times without a complaint. Not after today, never again. It wasn’t busy, not a soul there, so it wasn’t that.

Terrible customer service. What is there an app for if your location won’t accept there coupons or allow mobile order. Staff used to be helpful and give a similar coupon that they had, but they don’t do that anymore. Overpriced and the food isnt even worth it anymore.

EDIT: I have now been to this location 20+ times. NOT ONCE has my food been wrong (I order custom everytime), cold or has anyone been rude to me like these comments say. AND I’ve been there at different times of day. I’ll tell you this, I’ve been very nice to them and they have been very nice back.
