Worst service ever!!!! I’ll never go back again, stood there for at leas 15 min before someone took my order, they didn’t even greeted me and the cashier was rude she walked away after taking my order and when I asked for my drink cups she just threw them on the counter. In n out is 100% better

I went to Burger King around 7:30 AM, and the service was fast and surprisingly cheerful for that early. My food came out hot, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the place was clean. I walked in half asleep and walked out in a great mood. I’d definitely come back.

I order the # 1 whopper Combo with cheese along with a chocolate milkshake instead of a soda. The only thing that was good about my order was the milkshake! The whopper was cold and had no grill favor at all. The fries had no salt on them, were not crispy because they were half cooked. Serve at this location is terrible!! I went into the restaurant to order my food and had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to help me …. “They were more concerned about the drive thru customers than they were about the customer in front of them. Why is that!!”

I just find it odd that I place an online order and yet it’s still prepared incorrectly. On top of that when I call not only do I not get an apology for the inconvenience, but when I can’t drop everything and turn around and come back to the restaurant I have to coordinate a time to come get my order fixed? Write my information down and I should be able to come back anytime, not, “what day do you wanna come back”… Life is lifinging right now I have no clue, but if you inconvenience me at least make my recuperation convenient. I definitely should’ve went to the location in Litchfield because this location doesn’t have a clue.

This Burger King was a great place to stop by between jobs for me. You see, I’m a clown. I love the blue lamps. And the play ground is amazing. It has an airplane kids can climb up in and turn a wheel that makes the plane’s propeller spin around. Sooo much fun. The bathrooms are nice and secured. An employee enters a secret code and personally let’s you in. So no one else can enter in behind you. That’s a nice service.
I ordered the #5 meal. A double burger with bacon. It was HUGE! My goodness it was amazing. It took 2 hands to hold, it was so big.
I loved that the enterance door handles were burger spatulas. I think you’ll love your visit here.

Visited before 11am. Newly opened after remodel. Drive thru was backed up so came inside. Smells clean. Updated wood and steel decor. Food was hot fresh and packaged well to go. Bathrooms were clean but lacked toilet seat covers and individual stall trash cans. Took off a star for that reason only. Will be back. =)

Employees can’t make a simple plane chicken sandwich. I repeated to them multiple times, but they still didn’t listen. Walmart has a McDonald’s. I recommend going there instead of this Burger King.

I placed a to go order in the drive thru. I asked for my French toast and hash browns well done and I received just that. No attitudes or going back and forth. I was told to pull around and she’d bring my food out. It was hot and fresh.

This BK is very fast in getting your order ready when ordering inside, but drive thru is a bit slower. This establishment was remodel a few months back in 2022, and it looks awesome, but the dining atea looks a lot more smaller than other BK establishments. Has a play area which is nice when bringing the kids. Every time I’ve been there it’s always cleanI and so far never had an issue with my order. Also, it’s right next to a Walmart Center in case you need to do some shopping.

I ordered food for my son and I Wednesday evening two whoppers two large drinks.. I became nauseous about a hour later. I got my cup to pour my drink out to put water in my cup just to realizes there were black residue in my cup!!! I called them and spoke to a manager just to find out the filters were down and they were not suppose to be serving fountains drinks that day which was 11/29/23.. So my question is why still serve drinks to customers when you was not suppose to?? This is Not okay.. to the rest of the customer please check your cups!! Please this is a risk and someone could become very ill.
