This place is understaffed and has an extremely condescending manager/team leader on Saturday mornings. The crew is polite and pleasant but the team lead is extremely rude. Walked in at 9am Saturday January 31st and the lady in charge was yelling at her employee talking down on her only cook. As a team lead if your team is backed up don’t just stand there and yell at them talking down on them get in there and handle the food with them to clear a quick little rush. I feel sorry for the crew here they still managed to be polite and greet their customers while the manager was clearly having a bad day.

I went to this location and ordered the Family Bundle. I was asked to pull around the front (which is not a big deal) while they worked on the order.
Upon receiving the bags of food, all 6 cheeseburgers were cold. Not cold like they were out too long, cold as though they came from the fridge to bag. The bun, cheese, and burger were all cold to the touch. It caught me off guard!
I went inside and the manager greeted me. I told her what happened, and she immediately addressed it with the cooks. She had 6 new burgers made, but when I took the new hot burgers home, I found they were flooded with ketchup and mustard… I don’t think the manager was at fault, but the cooks did not exhibit teamwork on getting orders out correctly.
It was such a bummer as I was bringing food home for hungry family, and everyone was fighting with sauce dripping on hands and clothes.

FORGOT MY HERSHEY CHOCOLATE SUNDAE LAME SAUCE. FOOD WAS SO GOOD AND FRIES PERFECTLY LIGHTLY CRISPY AND FOOD WAS HOT AND YUMMY BUT YOU GUYS FORGOT MY CHOCOLATE SHAKE. I WANTED TO GO BACK BUT I DIDNT. YALL OWE ME A SUNDAE. I PROBABLY WONT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON JUST BECAUSE LOCATION NOT FOOD QUALITY. I LIKE THE CLEAN MORDERN WARM BROWN BUILDING ON THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE WISE.

This place has improved. It’s a lot cleaner than it used to be. It was completely dead for a Saturday. Which is surprising. Food was dry salty. But the playground area was decent. The restroom in the play area doesn’t lock. But overall, it was a good place for the kids to play while staying cool. AZ is too hot.

Only Burger King around (today) with an open lobby and a play area! My grandson wanted to go to BK to play, and they delivered. They also had the Impossible Burger for me, and it was made perfect. The gentleman at the counter was really nice, too. Great day!

they take forever to get online orders done. the workers look at you and dont even acknowledge you. they also try to get ahead of themselves and leave other peoples food sitting there to get cold. ive never had an issue here till it changed to being a bunch of teenagers running the store…

I love food. Can’t go wrong with a double whopper w/cheese & jalapeños. They’ve a coupon for 2 double whopper Jr’s and fries, drink pretty cheap right now..the wraps are cheap and really good.

Luckily it wasn’t crowded when I was there because it took quite a while to figure out my order. I learned that most BKs around here don’t accept online ordering ahead. (In their defense, it’s probably quite expensive for a franchise to offer that service)
Unfortunately, T-Mobile Tuesdays deals set it up that you can only order ahead. But no fault of BK.
So I didn’t get my free whopper.
On the up side, this BK has the same price on their ch’king deluxe (YUM!) as for the regular ch’king! Then I discovered the Rodeo Burger has bbq sauce and onion rings for $1.49! So I got two of those and some fries which I got for $1 with a coupon.
We both still ate well for 11.99
The counter girl was very friendly and patient and helpful. That made the difference between leaving without the free whopper and staying to order dinner anyway.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich, was in a little bit of a hurry, that’s why I went through the drive thru, was told to pull around front 10 minutes later still nothing so I went in and was rudely told they were waiting for eggs, so it made me mad. I wanted my money back. The counter girl was telling me I don’t need to be rude, as a customer she has no right to talk to me like that. That made me more angry. Telling me I was being recorded with sound well good. I paid over 6.00 for the sandwich and only goy 5.00 back. I’ve been there before and they’ve been rude. I should have known better to.stop in there but I was in a hurry. If the wait was going to be 10 minutes or more I should have been told BEFORE I paid and would have just said I don’t have time, and left. I will NEVER go in there ever again. The staff is rude and incompetent. The food is usually not that good anyhow. I just should have gone over to Wendy’s. But I was in a hurry. During breakfast they should never run out of eggs. STAY AWAY…….
