The self order machines didn’t work and they all kept saying Error. He told the manager and she tried them herself and it didn’t work. She was rude and told him that they don’t have any more cashier’s. There literally was a cash register there that could be used. Instead of helping him The manager told another employee tool “help him and Make him wait” .
This is unacceptable customer service specially for a manager! She apparently doesn’t know how to be one and doesn’t want to do her job . Very rude. Don’t bother going here. The manager was skinny and had black hair. Was working at 4pm today February 23 rd Monday. Didn’t get her name unfortunately.
The floor looks dirty, the workers look dirty and it’s just not welcoming. I order here because it’s the closest but they disappoint me almost every time. The mornings are the best time to get off the broiler and if you have ever gotten a morning off the broiler burger you’ll know the difference.
Unsatisfied customer.
We enjoyed the food. Floor Manager was prompt and courteous. Who we didn’t appreciate is the customer service at the drive thru. She was unconsciously rude and we felt rushed. We understand the time management of the restaurant DT but we didn’t understand why we had to back out the intercom and again twice at the window to the point that we almost hit the car behind us only to be parked at the corner of the drive thru and then 5 seconds later the manager handed our food. When we ordered for a kid’s meal we asked what drinks were available and she responded “ we have whatever you want” so we asked for chocolate milk she said “oh..except that” then we asked for regular milk she said “ oh we don’t have that”.
When we got to the window we were asked to back out and back in 2x.
I asked for the receipt and I was given a duplicate.
This fast food serves great food but customer service needs improvement.
Also., when we pulled up to the window the employee had a long metal stick that I’m familiar which looked like a “time stopper” I worked for fast food for 8 yrs the behavior I just experienced from this store is pretty unacceptable. Wish they reprimand some better restaurant etiquette here.
First, thank you to the man at the drive thru window for telling us what was going on and why things were hectic for the employees. But getting a new system that everyone is trying to learn should’ve probably been said at the speaker rather than at the window. Instead, the woman taking orders at the speaker kept saying hold on after I said just one thing, kept getting confused in what I had just said, and even forgot to add a sandwich that I had said I wanted multiple times.
I get new systems can be frustrating and during rush it can get crazy. The car in front of me was handed quite a lot of bags so I’m sure that alone was A LOT. The guy at the window looked like he was getting ready to go full panic mode.
That’s not the employees fault. That’s on whoever decided to roll out a new system without giving all the employees proper training. So whoever’s idea that was, that was terrible. These employees deserve to be treated way better than being put under fire like that.
While the employees did the best they could, that’s not why I gave 3 stars. It’s BK’s poor planning that I’m giving 3 stars to.
*I will update my review next time I visit this Burger King*
Owner should secret shop his own store if they even care.
The fries are me favorite treat at any other BK except here they don’t taste the same. Always mushy with that freezer burned taste.
Oh yeah another con to this Bk location is my meal that I always get at any other BK always comes out to 12.76$ but on the menu it’s priced at 7.50$
So I know FOR SURE they are stealing or over charging me. So if you do decide to eat her be sure to check your food before leaving and always look at your receipt.
