Other than that, this location is pretty consistent
Updated: I have been going to this location for many years and this visit really let me down. There were at least 7 employees working and when I first walked in I saw 4 customers standing waiting for their food, 2 customers inline to order. One person at the register and one at the drive through window. One floating around stocking cups and such and also assisting with orders. After standing in line for about 4-5 minutes it didn’t move. More customers came and standing behind me, one customer walked in and saw so many customers standing so he went back out and left. I told the customer behind me to take my spot and I moved to self serve kiosk and first kiosk was not working, no sign warning customers. So I moved to 2nd kiosk and placed my order. Couple that came in with me saw me place my order via kiosk so they did the same. I sat and waited for a while, saw those 3 customers standing waiting were still waiting and UnerEats drivers came in/out for their orders.
I waited a while and since there isn’t any option that I saw to make my fries crispy I walked up to the person at the counter and asked if he would make sure my fries are crispy but he stopped me saying the gentleman behind me was walking up to him first so I let him go ahead before me. He was one of the customers waiting for a long time and only when he asked for his food the person at the counter went to check and it’s sitting there.
Entire experience on this trip was so outrageous I don’t blame employees for their lack of enthusiasm but first and foremost every business that deals with customers they need to know where their paychecks are coming from. Without customers they will not have those jobs. I see how far we have come along, no respect for customers and high expectation as we owe them something and they deserve to take it. Sad but that’ll not end well with some of us, we all paid our dues and we will not stand for it.
