If you pay for cheese, I’m pretty sure it should be on the food. Oh I’m pretty sure the burger patty should also be cooked, not ice cold. *not shown* brown lettuce on the chicken sandwich that was ordered….last I checked lettuce that is served to people should be green and cleaned.

Haven’t eaten all day and was looking forward to my whopper. But instead I got a burnt to the point of no return hockey puck, soggy week old looking tomatoes. To top it all off, a mountain of mayo which I’m sure was an attempt to cover up the abomination hiding underneath.

I have been here 4 times since it is close to my house. Everytime the food is cold, the service is crap and I don’t know why i settle. I just ordered a whopper, a 4 PC chicken fries and an 8 PC cheese tot… the whopper was decent at best, the chicken fries and cheesy tots were cold and tasted like they were from the day before… I keep doing this because they are close but I need to learn my lesson already! I do not recommend going here this location sucks!

The employee running the drive thru was super rude, when some one says thank you, i dont beleove the proper response is yeah. the fries were days old looking, and im not really sure how to desribe the mozzarella sticks. they looked like something you would find under a car seat after a child dropped it and it dried after a few good ol az summer days. Completely inedible!

An employee was sitting on the front counter. Ordered an impossible burger and they gave me real meat. Terrible experience biting into after not eating meat for 15 years. Tried calling multiple times and no one would answer the phone.

I was a little worried from the other feedback but I when I went there for breakfast the ladies working there were very kind and helpful.

I normally don’t do this but this nerdy guy with glasses has some bad manners. I had asked my double whopper plain. Well it wasn’t which is ok everyone makes mistakes. But when I went back to get it remade plain he said he didn’t see anything wrong with it. I said it had everything he refused to see it when I asked for a manager he said there is no manager at this location. I said if he was serious and asked for his name he said he was Mr Burger King??? I can’t with this place that guy with glasses needs to be more nice what is wrong with him.

The night staff at this location is consistently terrible. The young man working the register and taking orders is rude, unprofessional, and always has an attitude. On top of that, the food is cold and seems like it has been sitting for hours. I gave this place multiple chances, hoping for improvement, but every visit was just as disappointing as the first—rude service and subpar food. Management needs to step up and address these issues, whether through better training or new staff.
