We all know what to expect from certain fast food places but for a “Bacon” burger it was sad to see the amount of bacon I got lol. We also tried the Mexican Whopper and it was not good! I did like that the lady up front was very friendly!

Would put zero stars if I could. Arrived at 910 am for a quick bite before a movie at 10. Still didn’t recieve food by 950 am. Spent another 5 minutes waiting on an aloof manager to give me my refund. Never recieved food. Recieved a refund only after I was walking out. For context, this was Saturday morning. Zero cars I. Drive thru and 3 other customers total. Unacceptable.

When I 1st walked in I decided to try and use the self service kiosk. Menu options and customization on the kiosk is limited.. I’ve also found the same when ordering online. Since I was not able to use the kiosk to customize the order how I would like, Is I decided to order at the counter. The manager took my order. Staff was very friendly I received my order quickly and accurately. Due to the large quantity of food the manager offered to help load my car. The service was above and beyond my expectations. And I had a way better experience than I have had a prior visits.

A brand new location and already terrible, Not one car in the drive through besides me… I get my food and to say the least both my sandwich’s cold and the chicken hard as a rock. I love throwing away food I just pay for. Please fix this store this should not happen at a brand new store…

Didn’t get my coke with the patty melt meal, they were out of sour dough bread so I chose to get regular bread , the sandwich was way smaller than the sourdough version and the caramelized onions were cold!! Too much chatter and distractions I noticed

I have tried this BG a few times over the last couple of years and I keep saying I will never go back because the food is horrible and the service is extremely poor. You should stop spending millions of dollars on your commercials and spend it on your food and service and maybe you will do more business.
