So, I ordered my meal online at 3:30 pm and headed to Burger King. After a 30-minute wait in the drive-thru, they forgot the item I had ordered. Fortunately, the manager who handled the situation was fantastic! Thank you for stepping in and taking care of everything. I truly appreciate the way you handled the situation. That’s how a real manager is supposed to handle it: take control, fix the issue, and make it right. After all that, look at this sandwich she made to a T! I’m extremely satisfied now.

Its Sunday 10:10pm. We stopped by the drive thru and ordered 2 combo and nuggets. The guy in the drive thru gave us are bag and 2 drinks. We where about to take off when he stopped us and said he almost forgot the nuggets. When we got home he had also forgotten one whole meal. My husband went back on his own and said they needed to see the bag. I get it so my husband came back home and got the bag just to prove to them there mistake becuase if they are doing there job right they would have noticed a burger was left behind right. it just sucks for them becuase now they have to make both meals again becuase we aren’t going to eat cold food. If we went to the drive thru it was becuase we wanted something quick and easy but we didn’t get to sit down to eat until about an hour later.

But I mean I guess this reviews really dont matter becuase Burger King is such a big corporation its not like a bad review would make things better lol

Time after time same disappointment. At this point its on me for expecting different. You can order through the drive thru or online for pick up and the order will be incorrect, missing items or completely ignored while you pull around front. Today I placed an order scheduled ahead and it was 15 minutes later then pick up time meanwhile people pulling in behind are getting there food and out of there before they come out. What’s the point of picking a future pickup time when its faster to sit through the drive thru? You’ll still be time ahead even after you have ran in to request the correct/missing items from your order.

They were pretty nice and found me a deal. That wasn’t that bad.
They also charged two dollars for Substituting in the impossible burger instead of a dollar twenty

Well, I’ve been here in Casa Grande for 1 years now. Every single fast food place we have gone to has messed up our order. This BK is no different. The employees were ok, people just don’t pay attention when they are putting in orders. So yeah, order messed up, again.

Tonight the 26th at 7:11pm we had placed an order with door dash thru this Burger King . The driver states a 40min time for an arrival , ha what a FRICKEN JOKE . We NEVER SEEN OUR FOOD ORDER!!!! OK so tried to call this BK ABOUT 50 TIMES NO ANSWER AT ALL, CALLED THE OTHER BKs IN CG NO ANSWER… CALLED doordash portal I speak with the customer service representative and they offer a refund so I asked for a refund he tells me he needs to call the store to verify they don’t answer for him as well so I don’t know where my money is I don’t know where my food is so I am very very upset with this place .I’m a long time customer and this is how I get what I get the restaurants need to answer their phones they are supposed to I get you’re busy yeah but I called 50 times no answer that’s just an excusable poor management

This location can’t get any orders right. I say no cheese and they put it on. Can’t read their order screens because my receipt says no cheese. They are terrible and nasty. They get mad when you ask for ketchup or sauces and have no regard for their customers. Terrible all around. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t go here.

This Burger King is the worst one I have ever been too. Went here to pick up a delivery, went to the door to pick up the food, when the employees looked at me then turned away ignoring me. After the employees seen me standing at the door, they said nothing like we are closed or need to go to the drive thru. They turned off the light with me standing at the door, not saying anything to me. I would not go to this restaurant, the customer service is -0 they need some training on how to treat their customers. I would never dine here. Management needs to have a talk to the night employees on their manners. I was trying to do my job on picking up their delivery orders, if you accept an order, you should take the orders.

I ordered a wrap and a coffee and I am waiting more than 25 minutes and still did not get it. I ordered it at 6 pm and received it at 6:27pm. Wow! Is that a guiness world record?
