Horrible customer service! Lady on drive thru head set rude! Placed mobile order online stated the systems were down but they app and bank transaction order went thru successfully! Just stayed quiet and proceeded to ask if I wanted to order! Called restaurant multiple times no reply after 10 calls finally someone picked up and couldn’t help me thru phone had to request money thru app horrible!!

It is sooo hot inside this Burger King. I checked the temperature with an indoor thermometer app, and it’s 95.5 inside. They upped the A/C to save money, or its not working properly. Either way, it’s not comfortable. I am a paying customer, and bacteria grows on food under these conditions.

Crack heads are in there all the time smoking fentenal or meth while children are eating. Came out with nausea and a headache. Never again and would not recommend. This burger King needs to be closed down before someone gets hurt.
