I was beyond shocked at how great I was treated and how much improvement has been made on this location. The general manager with the pink hair is so sweet (I cant remember her name) she was so nice to everyone I seen her take their order, she walked out to bring food to everyone and also asked everyone eating how their food was. The place is looking a lot more clean too. I hope this continues because I love Burger King and it was nice to see someone enjoy their job and genuinely care. Food was really good too Karl made sure to make me fresh fries.

The young night crew seem to be more interested in groping each other than working. One young man was rubbing a woman’s breast as he was talking to her( just so I’m clear she was a cashier). Another young girl was sitting on the counter with her legs wrapped around a young man and it was all done in front of custamers. NOT Professionally at all

Ordered a meal and asked for added veggies on the sandwich (bacon king whopper) when I received my meal the sandwich had only lettuce and mayo and tomatoes. I asked if I could get onions and pickles and put hem on myself and the staff said “sorry we are out”
Then walked off and ignored me.
I wish they would have advised me they were out and I would have ordered something different. Instead I was ignored and couldn’t get anything fixed or resolved.

We ordered our food, went to look for a table to sit at and all of the booths had a window next to it. On the window seals were lots of dead flies. It looks like they have been there for a couple days or more. I told the girl at the counter and all she said was thank you for letting me know. I doubt she went over the clean them up. I highly suggest eating somewhere else.

Both of the young women who were at the window were very pleasant. However, there’s only so much pleasantry can try to do, to make up for bad food or incorrect food. We received both. I attempted to go online and offer feedback to Burger king, but they don’t allow that unless you have a receipt. I was not given a receipt. So the drinks went in the garbage, one of the sandwiches went in the garbage and all of the fries went in the garbage but hey, apparently that’s the way you like it.

The employees forgot half of my order and when I checked my receipt I was charged extra for food I didn’t order and when I checked my bag it’s wasn’t there for the extra charge and one of them were rude was a bad experience I nevered had until now.
