This was the cleanest fast food place I’ve been to in a while. Things weren’t dusty and Jazmin at the front helped us, she was extremely nice and r eally understanding when the kids were changing their orders a couple times. She just smiled and reassured us it wasn’t an issue, unlike another place we went to where they got frustrated as kids did this. Wish more fast food places had people as friendly and understanding as Jazmin.

Food was as good as you would expect from burger king. Simple play structure for kids, I climbed inside to get my kid to use it, and it was cleaner than I have found in other similar settings. Staff was pleasant, restaurant clean, food was fast. Previously I have been through the drive through, a few times in the last few years. They have been responsive accurate, and with high food quality, for a burger king.

Got a ham and cheese croissant, i decided to take the egg off- there was a bit of paper in there. It was yummy, staff was fast and nice, they gave us a crown.

When I arrived, the food was cold and sloppy. My Large onion rings were about half the container not full (what did I pay the price of a large when I got a small?) The gal at the window was super rude. I work at a restaurant and if I were that way with a customer I’d get fired. My experience with other BK”s was so much better, even when ordered through the app. This BK sucks.

Cashier/manager had no grasp of the English language and I do not speak Spanish. Made completing transaction very difficult.

They will mess up your mobile order, take 25 minutes to prepare it, and then when you come back and tell them that it’s the wrong order. They’ll tell you that your order was already picked up by someone… Instead of replacing it. Don’t come here.

Went through the drive thru, no one in line and no one waiting in their cars for food, order a whopper with no ketchup, they confirm and it’s even on the recipt. Burger was LOADED with ketchup and the patty was destroyed and cold. I didn’t even bother taking it back, I threw it out. Best part was when they asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait, again, when I was the only customer in the line.

Super busy this morning. Manager and small staff working their butts off. Took a little extra time, but that’s ok. Food came Hot, which is the BEST. Love the Ham Croissa’wich. Hash browns are killer. Very Clean inside. Nice place. Good Job Manager!!

The manager is awful, not professional at all. I took my daughter to lunch. We ordered our food they did not give me what we asked for we told them him he rolled his eyes!!! Then we finished our lunch 15 min later he still never brought us the food he messed up on. I asked for a sack to take my daughters left over food home the lady said in a min. 5 min later we left. If I owned this store I would hire a new manager!!!!!!!!
