I was very pleasantly surprised when I got to the drive up window. The young man that greeted me (Colin) had such a smile on his face and it just made my day he was so friendly and kind and upbeat. I told him how impressed I was with him and I hope that he knows he’s a very good asset to that company

This is where we normally come so my kids can play too. Food was a disapointment today. Sandwich was soggy, fries defintely sat there for a while and were cold. The girl working apologized for not being able to bring our food into the play place like normal, as she was the only one working the front. I’ll happily go grab my own food. I don’t expect them to bring that to me. But food was definitely lacking , most likely because there weren’t enough people working.

I ordered the new spicy melt with no onions, was made with just onions. Manager threw the first away and had the kid remake it, second had a splash of sauce and nothing else (comes with jalapenos). The patties are cold as well, I told the manager I wanted the jalapenos on it and she went to take the sandwich and I said I’d keep this one, so she just brought me a container of jalapenos to build my own sandwich. I asked about a refund since we’ll the service and food is awful and she said she could make a fresh one or take the sandwich and refund. Right after a worker just told me they give people free food without proof it was missing from their order. Really sad experience.

Tried to order food half-hour before closing. Was informed that they had shut down the char broler a half hour ago and didn’t have any meat patties for the rest of the night. Call me old fashioned but if you’re open, you ought to be able to serve customers when they come.

I love BurgerKing. It’s by far my favorite fast food restaurant simply due to its large variety, good prices, and fantastic menu. However, my general complaint to the franchise as a whole, and especially to the locations operated by meridian restaurants LLC, is that the quality is entirely hit or miss, location by location.

10/16/2020 Update: Reduced star review based on recent transactions. Pointless to order a whopper with cheese because you never get cheese. Also, don’t request one without pickle because it will always have pickle on it. Don’t bother calling them either because they don’t answer the phone. Complete waste of time and money. Not sure what happened, but this location is going downhill fast.
