I went through the drive through to bring lunch home for the family. The lady taking my order was polite and repeated my order to make sure it was correct. When I got to the window she had a smile, told me the cost and was friendly. She had pretty purple hair and a kind voice. When I got home, all of our food looked and tastes freshly made and was exactly how I ordered it.
Only 4 stars on the food because the sauces for everything were terrible. Totally not their fault though.

We were first excited to have a BK in Clinton when it opened. However, from the get go they have constantly disappointed us. From the food being cold, burnt, or just not made correctly. I don’t know what kind of training they have there, but the management needs to rethink the way they train their employees and have some kind of standards if you want to keep customers. There are other burger joints across the street that can actually make the food like they advertise. It is just pathetic that they charge almost $10 for a burger and the employees don’t care enough to make it correctly. The “food” you get shows the lack of standards and accountability. For example…. Look at the photo of my very last order and look up what the Maple Bacon Bbq Burger should look like. They didn’t even put any of the toppings on it or even try to make it correctly and it was cold in the middle, like the cheese was barely melted. It is basically a plain cheese burger for $10, I added a picture of what it should look like and come with from the BK website….. Once again, go to McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Tony burgers, Jack in the box, heck, anywhere other than this BK location. They lost our business for the foreseeable future.

12 Dec 25: Just went thru the Burger King drive-thru in Clinton. I ordered 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches from the 2/$5 menu. Total was $5.41.
The BK employee (BKE) opened the window and immediately said “we don’t have any pennies”. This is how it went from there:
Me: That is not my problem.
BKE: What do you want me to do?
Me: If you don’t know what to do, then ask your Supervisor.
BKE: (snarky) So you think I should ask my Supervisor.
Me: If YOU don’t know what to do.
BKE: (comes back to window, hands me receipt and a nickel).
Me: This is not correct. How much change do you owe me?
BKE: 9 cents.
Me: How much did you give me?
BKE: A nickel.
Me: Does that sound right to you?
BKE: (snarky) I told you I don’t have any pennies.
Me: Then get your Supervisor. You can’t just NOT give me the correct change and call it good!
BKE: Has a 2 minute huddle with 2 other BK employees. One of them comes to the register, rummages through it for 10 seconds, then hands me the receipt, a nickel, and 4 pennies.
Never said a word. Never looked me in the eye. Just gave me the receipt and CORRECT change…they claimed they DID NOT HAVE…then closed the window.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC WAY TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS!

If you cannot provide the customer the “correct change” then round the cost of the ticket DOWN a few cents (in this case, 1 cent)! You can’t just decide the customer only gets the change you feel like giving them! It ain’t rocket science people.

Sat Jan 31st.
Called about about being late for my pickup order and was told that they cannot remake due the products and inventory used. Told me to reach out to support which says 24-48 hours of a response. Could have been such a easy fix but I think they actually hate customers.

They were fast with large order and did well with communication. We went through the drive through and communicated that it would take a bit longer. She directed us to pull around, but did not specify where. So i walked in and let them know I was waiting in the lobby. The place was pretty clean, a lot cleaner than McDonald’s!

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this Burger King do not go there they are incredibly rude and incompetent they are slow I was getting checked out by Georgette I love someone to explain to me how a cheeseburger that I used my points for that’s should be FREE!! And a medium fry that cost 3.49 somehow is almost 8 dollars so I give her the doubt that maybe she did something wrong but no I just lost my POINTS!!! and I NEVER GOT MY BURGER AND GEORGETTE WAS SO RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION DIDNT give me any solution just said “that’s not my problem” and was dismissive so im left without points and no food and upset

I don’t know how a company in a corporation that’s been around for over 25 years serves burgers that have been cooked and set aside and sat there for 10 minutes, next to that they serve hard buns? This is unacceptable and due to your negligence and not paying people well and taking care of your employees you can’t keep anybody there that does a good job or does it right. Smh. No one should EVER give you business ever again. Garbage company and food.

This is where we normally come so my kids can play too. Food was a disapointment today. Sandwich was soggy, fries defintely sat there for a while and were cold. The girl working apologized for not being able to bring our food into the play place like normal, as she was the only one working the front. I’ll happily go grab my own food. I don’t expect them to bring that to me. But food was definitely lacking , most likely because there weren’t enough people working.

I live 3 minutes away from the Burger King. When I got home and we ate with in a couple minutes, the food was already cold. It should be at least warm but was very cold (the burgers and the fries)
