As far as chain restaurants burger is in the top 5 as their burgers are pretty good. Thief staff service can be hit or miss depending on who is working there. Anyway it’s close to home and if my tummy is hungry it’s the place to grab a burger and fry’s.

I ordered 2 single cheese burgers and they gave me one single and one double. When I let them know if their error, the were great about it. They don’t have kiosks at this location. That may be good or bad depending on if you like kiosks. The employee who helped me with my order didn’t seem very family with the app. The eating ate was clean.

One of the first Burger Kings in Boise. The interior is spacious and so clean. The staff are very friendly. The day manager was so nice he sat for a minute with us and just wanted to make sure we were enjoying our lunch. The burgers and chi Ken sandwich were perfect. We’ll definately be back there.

I came though the drive thru, my son being 1.5 started screaming as I was ordering. The gentlemen that was working were calm and sweet. He could see how overwhelmed I was, offered a mini ice cream cone to help calm my son down, and when giving us our food, offered a toy. I was so greatful for the calm demeanor and above and beyond customer service!

Why did you serve my daughter a raw chicken? I not even mad at the fact that you got our whole order wrong or the fact that it took more than 30 minutes to get out food through drive thru or the fact that the chicken fries are so overcooked that there was no chicken….i am more mad at the fact after all that my 12 year old daughter ate RAW CHICKEN in her chicken sandwich which was suppose to be plain and had everything on it!!!! How are you going to serve us raw chicken. If my daughter has food poisoning and I have to take her to the E.R there is going to be a fat law suit on your hands

It took 3 different employees to understand that all I ordered was a bbq bacon whopper jr which I didn’t get. Is it really that hard? After the 3rd ask of my order was again and holding up the line behind me I said never mind, they cheered. Horrible customer service and won’t be back.

Only gave 2 stars because food was good and came out quickly after ordering. Problem was no one came to counter to take our order from about 5 minutes. After yelling for help the manager did not even acknowledge us. After yelling for help again she came over and said she could not help us. Then came over a minute later and started taking our orders. 6 people in line at this point. Also while watching her she has zero sense of urgency. After managing my own McDonald’s for 5 years I would at the least demoted her. Please tell me you have cameras to watch for yourself. July 29th approx 11:30 am is when to start watching. 3 employees were seen right before your lunch hour. Deplorable, you lost my business. Hopefully others will see this and stay away

The employees were very nice and professional. Everything is flame grilled so it taste delicious every time! Plus, there are always deals going on on the Burger King app! Every time I come here, it’s a good experience.
