Now I understand why they only have a 3.9 star rating it is because they are awful. I went through the drive-thru and I kept being told to hang on and wait while I listen to a conversation going on in the background. I had to give my order repeatedly because the person could not get the order right and all I ordered was a number three combo and added on a cherry turnover. They must not weigh out the meat is there supposed to because I only had a fraction of what belonged on the sandwich and it was pretty bare. You couldn’t even see the meat there and I had to open the bun to make sure it was. They matched the sandwich so that the bread was just a squashed mess. They even forgot to put the turnover in the bag and when I looked at the receipt they didn’t even ring it in as the right flavor. I will make the trip a few miles up the road to the better Arby’s before I will ever touch this one again.

This Arby’s gets better and worse over time as staff changes. The current staff have good cooking skills; food in general has been tasking better. But, their assembly skills are TERRIBLE. Gyros lacking toppings and with little sauce, sandwiches with the toppings on the outside (see picture), smashed buns, etc.
I would not suggest getting from here for eating in the car. You will need silverware, a plate, and maybe your own produce and sauces.

I’d like to say something nice about this place. But I can’t. I love the mozzarella sticks. But I purchased the barbecue chicken to eat later in the evening for a lunch. The following day I had a severe case of diarrhea and associated stomach cramps. This was the second time that happened. The first time was at the Zions crossroads Arby’s, and it was double roast beef with cheese eaten several hours after purchasing. So no I cannot. In good conscious eat there ever again.
