As a DoorDash driver, time is literally money for me—I rely on quick pickups to make deliveries efficient. I accepted an order, drove straight to this Burger King location in Kuna, Idaho, and arrived promptly, only to face a completely unacceptable experience.
When I walked in, there were already 4 customers waiting for their food. The dining room had about 10 high school-aged kids who appeared to be guests, but they were constantly interacting with the staff like friends. Behind the counter, it was more of the same: a crew of mostly teenagers, with only half actually working while the others goofed off, chatted, and got in the way. There didn’t appear to be any sort of management or supervisor present at all—no one directing the team or ensuring things ran smoothly. It strongly appeared that staff were handing out free food to their friends in the dining room, which felt unprofessional and unfair.
I ended up waiting 27 minutes for a simple pickup order. In fast food, especially for delivery drivers and waiting customers, this is ridiculous and unacceptable.
This location’s Google rating is around 3.0, with tons of similar complaints about extremely long wait times—some even worse than mine. Avoid this Burger King if you’re in a hurry or expecting basic efficiency. Management (or the lack of it) clearly needs serious attention.

My husband and I walked in to order. Was not greeted and decided to order at the kiosk. We waited for our food 10-15 minutes. They finished the drive thru before we got our food. The employees were dragging their feet and fooling around. They also had friends come and take away from that customer service. Friends were coming in yelling employees names and pulled them away from doing work. Even an employee was outside with her headset talking to a friend in the parking lot. Trash cans were also overfilled in the restaurant. Food was good.

Apparently this store did minimal training of their employees before or after opening. No one but the lead lady looked like they had a clue what they were doing. It literally looked like they just pulled some teens in off the street and said get to work. Waited 35 minutes for my order along with a bunch of other people. They better do better.

I ordered from the drive-thru. It took only 12 minutes from the time they took my order to the time I drove away. The order was correct, the food was hot, and the employee was nice and professional. What more can I ask for?

I came here today. For being busy they got my food out quickly. I was given the wrong fries at the beginning but they fix it no problem. The inside was nice and I liked the self ordet kiosk.

Went to one of my favorite burger places today. I tried to order a special that they had and was getting up charged for it. It was the double cheeseburger value meal for $4.99. The girl was charging me for each individual item of the meal. I tried to explain what the special was showing on the screen outside and she said ” I don’t know anything about out that”. So I said I don’t want it. Hey Burger King, honor your screen specials. Also service is really slow( took 20 min). They did give my son a 5 dollar discount.

Ordered a pickup order for 11:30 on Wednesday night. The drive through attendant was not happy to be there. Sat in the drive through waiting for over 30 minutes. Got home and the ONLY thing we got was our burgers. We had NO fries, NO pie, and NO mozzarella sticks. Couldn’t go back because they were closed. So disappointed that I wasted my money here to get bad service and less than half of our food.
