I told my husband, I think that’s the nicest & cleanest Burger King I’ve ever been to!
Our special food requests (no cheese, no onion, etc) were done correctly as well.
The two gentleman were also super nice to our kids and found their wished for toy character to go with their kids meal.
1) I made an online order for a meal with a drink with no ice. I pull up to the window and the woman at the window gives me my drink but it has ice in it. I explain I actually ordered a drink with no ice. She exclaims, “That was NOT on the order.” She returned later with my drink and explained how she just saw my order actually did specify no ice, but it wasn’t her fault because she wasn’t the one who bagged my order.
2) Another day I made an online order again. I pull up to the window and a different woman gives me my bag of food. She then shuts the window and walks away without saying a word. But she forgot my drink. They left me in the drive through for almost 5 minutes. I had to knock on the glass to get their attention and they still didn’t answer. A different employee randomly saw me in the drive through and got my drink for me. Thanks.
3) This is going to sound insane but I swear this is true. On 11/07/2025 at around 12:00 noon I pulled in the drive through and explained I made an online order. Again, I ordered a drink with no ice. It’s always the drinks at this BK that cause problems I swear. I pulled up to the window and the woman at the window (a different woman from #1 and #2) gave me my drink…and it had ice in it. No biggie. I told her I actually ordered a drink without ice. She gave a dramatic sigh, and I still can’t actually believe this happened, but she took my drink, popped the lid off, and dumped it straight onto the asphalt. Like right out the window, right onto the drive thru. The soda splashed all over my car. I had no idea what to say so I just said nothing. She yelled at another worker “CAN I GET A MEDIUM DIET DR. PEPPER WITH NO ICE??” I then said “Actually it was a Coke”. She sighed and yelled again “I MEAN A COKE”, then closed the window. She then made me wait a couple minutes for my drink even though the fountain drink station is right next to the window. She finally opened the window and gave me my drink. Then she leaned out the window, resting on her elbows, took a serious tone and said “So, listen…” as if she was about to lecture me. Keep in mind I did actually order a drink with no ice. I did nothing wrong. She then looked over toward the computer screen where I assume the queue of orders is shown. She then looked back at me and said “Just have a nice day.” I assume she looked at the orders and saw I actually did order a drink with no ice and she made herself look real dumb. I just left without saying anything.
So anyway I won’t be going back again. It’s like half the time I go to this place I don’t know what’s gonna happen. Am I gonna get lectured? Yelled at? Ignored? Are you going to dump soda on my car? Please ladies, I just want my food. I give you money and you give me food. I don’t want any Burger King drama. I’m sorry the “NO ICE” text on your computer screen is apparently so small you can’t even read it and you have to take it out on me, a paying customer who eats here probably way more than I should.
On a positive note, whoever is making the food behind the line is a master Burger King chef. The food is absurdly good and consistent. I tip my paper crown to the cooks.
Phenomenal customer service! Shoutout to Michelle and Kaitlyn for going above and beyond.
The food was delicious!
I do like Burger King but the effort is just not there sometimes
