The staff is very friendly. They’ve always given me the correct order and I go there about once serve you two weeks. I seem to get better service over there and then I do it some of the other fast food restaurant.

This Burger King is an absolute joke.
I walked in after seeing 15 cars backed up in the drive-thru, thinking inside service might actually function. Instead, I was told they weren’t taking any orders at all—and then I was kicked out of the store like I was the problem.
No signage. No explanation. No apology. Just pure attitude and rudeness from staff who clearly didn’t want to be there or do their jobs. If you’re not serving customers, close the restaurant. Don’t leave people guessing and then treat them like an inconvenience for existing.
This is a failure of management from top to bottom. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I’ve never been treated this poorly at a fast-food restaurant before. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being ignored and kicked out for no reason.

First off, this BK location knocks it out of the park. Whoever puts the burgers together needs a raise. Every texas double whopper i get looks like great, were talking commercial quality aesthetics. I always have a big order and ive never spent more than 5 minutes waiting even with a long drive thru line.
The staff are always friendly and courteous. Especially Jackson. He is always upbeat and has a good vibe about him. He even remembers my name which is crazy because i only go here twice a month.
The dining area is always clean, tidy and well stocked with lids, straws and napkins.

I know everyone working here has hates their job but how hard is it to get an order right? We haven’t ate at a Burger King in 2+ yrs and really won’t be back at all. My husband and I went tonight 12/9 and ordered the SpongeBob bundle, 1 extra chz burger and a medium fry. We got home and all we got was the bundles. Do better Burger King. It not even worth the time or gas to go back and get my order.

I just came here for one taco the meat has no flavor. They don’t add tomato. It taste like Jack-in-the-Box tacos without salt. The shell is better though.

Well, I am grateful they honor coupons, bc these days this is the only way to afford frivolous things. And if you got a coupon, this place is real nice as far as Burger Kings go but if you ain’t got no coupon, then why pay these prices for BK food? Plus the cup of Joe has always been fresh.

Just don’t do it. The service was great. They were nice as they served us garbage. My small fry was literally only 9 fries, my nuggets were raw. I know they saw what they served. I don’t get it. I won’t be back.

I would leave all zeros lady taking orders for the drive thru has only worked there for a day and is incompetent and rude! Waited a whole hour to order for the SpongeBob menu and come to find out they don’t have anything! Ignored people in the drive thru and only help the people ordering inside. We settle with what they had given us such a poor experience for my kids. Thanks Burger King should change your name to burger joker.

Past 4 trips to BK has been a disaster the girl at the drive through can’t ever get my order right. Last time we had cold fries and cold poppers. Time before that she gave me fries when I ordered rings. And this time she gave me the wrong sandwiches. Just pissed!
