I went in today Monday January 12th at 11:35 a.m. for a double bacon cheeseburger lettuce only. After arriving I was not greeted by the young lady working the counter whose name starts with an ‘A’ no greeting no sorry for the 7-minute wait to take an order just looked at me and implied talk if you want your food so I told her a double cheeseburger only lettuce and of course she charged me $.30 for that ( no other Burger King charges me for lettuce on a plain double cheeseburger) the reason I went inside is because the drive-thru was six cars deep… So I watch the single older Hispanic lady and the drive-thru screen/order screen and saw my sandwich slowly being made and pushed to the front of the queue on the screen… So after about another 7 minutes of waiting the lady in the back said my burger was ready at that moment the lady that took my order went to her and said no make this into a regular double cheeseburger at that point I saw that and I said no that’s correct and it’s mine she gave me the dirtiest look possible and told me listen we’re short-staffed and I don’t need this from you I’m just going to give you your money back and I said listen I watched her make that burger right on it what it was and tell you that it was ready and now you’re saying that you want to just give it to somebody else in the Drive-Thru and once again she’s like I’m just going to give you your money back you don’t need to talk to me that way and I said it’s a lot easier if you just give me the Burger… She hesitantly gave me the Burger and said once again you don’t get to talk to me that way and I asked her name she gave me a dirty look said it and here I am. One of the rudest young ladies I’ve ever met in my life!!! She does not belong there and I’m assuming she’s the one that the other reviews are talking about. Matthew Kullberg. Came in to get a decent meal, but instead we received a horror show masquerading as a Burger King. When we arrived the front end receptionist refused to acknowledge our existence for a good 20 min until one of us called for assistance. After begrudgingly taking the time away from there phone to take our order they gave us attitude like we’re the one’s in wrong for ordering food. After waiting another good 20 minutes in this fly infested establishment “The place was disgusting” we received our order which was cold, The chicken nuggets were as hard as stone and the burger tasted like it was sitting under a lamp all day and reheated in a microwave to add insult to injury we received food poisoning later in the night. All the reviews are true.The owner is probably on vacation not giving a – about his probably multiple failing locations. To be honest the owner or management “if there is any” probably won’t take the time to review these shining examples of how disgusting the store is. All I can do is leave this review so maybe I can help someone not make the same mistake I did.

I am not trying to complain or anything, but if I’m paying over $2 for my drink, I expect it to taste like the option I got. There are 2 dispensers for a diet coke. One of them has nothing but flavor and no carbonation. The other one has all carbonation and no flavor. Food is great, I just wish the drink was just as good for the price I paid

We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and the person taking our order refused to sell us 20 chicken nuggets because Burger King only sells 4 or 8 chicken nuggets. He could have easily sold us the the other 4. Also we asked for the bat chicken nuggets and very rudely he said that all the chicken nuggets are the same. Employees should be trained to respect customers because their job depends of us. It’s the first time I go to that Burger King and to receive that treatment makes me not want to return to that location.

Food was okay. Service was iffy. My daughter stood at the counter to ask for ranch for 5 mins before anyone even acknowledged her. And every single table had crumbs on them. Dirty.
The ketchup in the bin was all clumped together and gross. Just dirty.

And we were told we couldn’t sub Fries for tots instead. When did that start?

Couldn’t tell you how the food is. Stood waiting in line that was literally just me for the entire back of house to just stare and do nothing. Is this a restaurant or am I confused? Go to jack in the box and at least get served I guess.

I ordered a brisket BBQ burger, an Oreo ice cream, and fries. Unfortunately, the only item that was correct in my order was the fries.
When I contacted Burger King to rectify the error, I was informed that the resolution would be to receive the correct items at a later time, with no additional compensation for the inconvenience. This means I would need to expend additional time and resources to obtain the items I originally paid for, placing the burden of their error entirely on me.

This experience reflects a concerning lack of quality control and customer consideration. Businesses that rely solely on their name without providing consistent quality and service ultimately fail to meet customer expectations. I will not be returning to Burger King and strongly advise others who have experienced similar issues with incorrect or poor-quality food to consider alternative establishments. It is time to stop letting businesses abuse us.

The inside of the restaurant is disgusting. One of the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere. Soda machine and counter just looked horrible. All the tables had some dried food particles on them. This isn’t the first time with this location. It’s literally every time. Have to quit going here because it makes me worry about what it looks like behind the scenes where I can’t see
