One of the better BK’s I’ve been to! Service has been high quality and quick since I’ve moved into this area. Huge respect and appreciation to Sean during our visit today, who helped when we messed up a part of our order, and assisted when we accidentally dropped a drink (Sorry again about that!)

This is THE slowest fast food I have ever been to. Jokes on me, I keep trying thinking it will be better. Nope, there’s always a chance it will take upwards of 20 minutes for 3 cars to make it through the line.

Came thru the drive thru at 1130 pm for midnight snack. My milkshake was amazing! Cheese fries fresh and hot. Both were My way Right away! Besides this Jessie offered top notch customer service that is hard to find these days! Polite. Kind. Genuine. He deserves a raise Burger King Corp.

Halfway through my drive through order with the normal person I deal with everyday to get my autistic son French fries. The general manager Sean cut off the call and made me restart the order from scratch. His excuse was inexperienced staff. I was in lane 2 and 2 cars went through lane 1 after Sean cut me off. Very disappointed in specifically his performance when I stop at this burger king literally every day. I’ve never seen or interacted with Sean outside of this but he’s not a good addition to the staff. Will drive to Loveland for burger king from now on.

Place looks new. Very nice looking. The employee couldn’t of been nicer. He was very friendly and talkative. He even delivered my meal to my table.
I don’t normally eat eggs but I was in a rush and need something quick. I had egg on a croissant and it was excellent.

⭐ Review of Burger King

Hi,
I normally don’t leave reviews unless I’ve had a really bad experience. Everyone makes mistakes — it’s just a burger after all — and I usually let things go. But this has happened multiple times now, and it’s more about the lack of customer service than the food itself.

Several times my orders have been wrong, and I didn’t even bother saying anything. But one morning I finally called back after they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. When I politely explained what happened, the young woman who answered basically told me I was wrong, that I ordered the wrong sandwich — which wasn’t true. I let it go at the time, even though I found her very rude and dismissive.

Another day I t happened again, so I called back again after ordering a number five (the two cheeseburgers, no mustard, no pickle). They gave me just one sandwich — and when I called, the same young woman told me again I ordered the wrong thing. She made me feel like I was the one at fault, she even refused to acknowledge that the young man who took my order put in the wrong meal.

Then today was the last straw. I ordered a meal with a side of onion rings, but they gave me fries. When I mentioned it at the window, the woman told me I must not have said onion rings, or she didn’t hear me, and said “next time make sure you say onion rings.” I was asked to pull around to wait for them. After a while, I went inside to check, and sure enough, the same young woman came to the counter and once again implied it was my fault — saying “next time make sure you say you want onion rings, because we’re busy.”

On top of that, even though I ordered no mustard and no pickle because of an allergy, my sandwich still had both. By the time I got home, I just threw it away rather than call back because I didn’t want to deal with her attitude again.

She is consistently rude, immature, and unprofessional, with absolutely no sense of accountability or customer service. She always has a chip on her shoulder, and I’m sick and tired of it. I don’t know her name, but she’s young, has long brown hair, and works the counter/phone often.

I will not be returning to this Burger King again. People make mistakes — and I get that — but to repeatedly blame the customer and speak to them so rudely is completely unacceptable. Management needs to take note of how she’s treating customers, because it reflects poorly on the whole.

We ordered our food, got to the window and was asked what we ordered again. Have a card to pay and then they forgot to give us the card back. Had to ask for it back. They didn’t put cheese on the whoppers and the chicken nuggets were so over cooked they’re dry. Not a good experience and this isn’t the first time. Will not be going back to the Windsor location

Seems like every time I come it gets worse and worse. I get it you’re short staffed but if I wait that long I’d expect the food to be fresh. Hashbrowns are always rock hard and cold. French toast sticks definitely get the “stick” part right, I wouldn’t feed them to a stray dog. The worst part is my ham and cheese croissant, half the time the cheese doesn’t melt and the ham is cold. This morning though, I had one single slice of ham on it, a single slice of lunch meat ham, and the world’s thinnest egg. I ate better food in the Army DFAC.
