This is the second Burger King I’ve been to in 2 weeks. This location is definitely more bustling than the other one. This is probably due to their new Whopper promotion going on, which is a pretty awesome deal. However, I’m not a big fan of this location. To start off with, you enter a restaurant where the music is louder than the cashier speaking. They can definitely take it down several notches. There was also the sense that the dining area could use a good, thorough cleaning and disinfecting. Lastly the soda machine needs some maintenance because my soda came out 80% carbonated water and only 20% soda flavoring. No bueno.
On the plus side, my Whopper came out delicious. Fries were soggy-ish. Nuggets were fine. Overall, I would come for the burger and that’s it. But I’ll see if I can go to a better location next time.

I want to start out by saying I love burger king. Eat there at least once a week. The trip to this location was by far the most disappointing one of my adulthood. We pull into the drive thru and waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted. Then when the lady did finally answer the headset she was rude and pushed us through the order in a very rude and condescending tone. Fast forward to getting home my whopper was dry and dehydrated the lettuce was brown and hard the fries were so dry they couldn’t even be chewed. There was black spots on my and my husband’s burger just awful so better!

Solidly average. It’s fast food.
I usually stop by these places when I’m in a rush. However, I don’t like eating in at these restaurants. They’re usually always really dirty or have some sorta unpleasant smell that lingers.. like the kitchen is a little too close to the restrooms – and said restrooms haven’t been cleaned in a blue moon.

Ordered a simple whopper with onion rings ( etra$) and , No tomato ( allergy) was given 3 o rings and tomato.
Lunch was ruined.

Door dasher gave me my wrong order went up to get the food I ordered he told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Way to let the customer know you want them to keep coming back. I hate fast food restaurants they don’t care and the customer service is horrible I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t remake my correct order.

Breakfast is always fresh because I request it but the service is awesome they don’t get mad when u ask for fresh food and it’s a good start to my day wouldn’t recommend the coffee its garbage and so is the big Breakfast burritos ugh it’s the worst Breakfast burrito I’ve had .. stick to burgers n Breakfast sandwiches! They put enough bacon on ur sandwich so u can actually see it and taste it with every bite and it’s not 1 tiny piece hiding on a sloppy sandwich like most fast food places.. I do request people to wear gloves though before u pick up my fries or hash browns because ur bare hands is just gross .

Where to start. Well renovation is a lot better. The wait is horrible (20 mins) the shift manager was decent. She really needs to regulate on employees. There were 3 just standing around knowing it’s busy. One employee was dinking a shake and expediting food. However She (manager)got our order & messed up which is tragic because I love BK

I waited at the intercom they took my order. I waited to pay at the window so they can take the order of the vehicle on the other drive thru for 5 minutes I had to go to work an no one was even.in the line when I drove in the people behind me were Hispanic an had a 63 order mine was only 7 … you would think they would rush my order so I could go. But no. Theu had me wait another 7 mins for my.food were about 2 let 3 cars go before me I dont think so I sat there til they bring my.food out because they were trying to inconvenience me for others my answer was No were all paying right … the lady who’s a manager brings my food out and forgets the ranch I asked them for 3 separate times while in their drive thru. I will be forwarding this awful experience to corporate as I was complient with what they asked and had customers upset with me hahaha for doing what they asked also they have construction going on in the parking lot so you can’t even park abd wait for your food. All the construction workers vehicles are parked… you would need to inconvenience yourself an the purpose of going thru the drive thru to convenience their requests I dont think so…
